PROMO CODE not redeeming - Calibur Vault Case, Mass Effect 3 (PS3)

Hey Bioware,

I recieved the vault Calibur case, but I am having issues with the dlc promo code.

After being on live chat with EA help, they seem to can't fix the problem with my promo code being redeemed. I entered the code already at social.bioware.com/redeem, but my in-game items are still not showing up. They claimed it was the playstation network maintenance that is stopping me from redeeming the code. But the maintenance is over and that is not the issue.

I'm afraid the code was redeemed for xbox360 or pc, even though my account is clearly registered for my ps3 copy. Is there anything you guys can do? I tried live chat with 3 people already and none of them can help me.

UPDATE: The voucher says Mass Effect 3 Reinforcement DLC Pack" But EA live chat says "Danny, It is not possible to add the Reinforcement DLC to your account because we don't have any option to add that DLC.
So, I redeemed the code but the dlc does not exist yet? I redeemed the code at the proper site and it said the game content is registered...

I have the exact same problem - except that I can't seem to even get EA Help to work enough to report it. Is it just PS3 case owners? Any 360 owners care to chime in?

I have that problem with my XBox 360 Vault. I redeemed the code on http://social.bioware.com/redeem and all it did was register my Vault.

The customer service/livechat guy was totally unhelpful.
