 I bough the game with the M55 assult riflle and some guy from Origin support told me that in order to get the rifle I need to level up to level 2.
Im level 13(and a new  character LV4)and I dont have the rifle, can you help me?

ME3 gun, isn't it? Wrong board, mate. Just ME1 & 2 round here. Try the ME3 forums, they're the first lot you come to on the forums home page, but I think you need to register your game to post there.
