Ah. That's what you meant with synthetic.

The only animals I'm okay with killing is lifestock.

Oh, and spiders. I hate spiders. They f*cking terrify me. Each time I see a spider I get my electric fly swatter, and fry th living crap out of them.

Oh... You thought I meant this type of synthetics:

I can't even kill spiders. Or cockroaches. Though that is mostly because they terrify me. Can't be near them without runnig away in fear.

I don't know what it is about spiders that terrify me, but they just do! I have no rational explanation for it.

And no, I don't like killing those bugs, if I did, I'd go spiderhunting. I just hate having them around me.

Ok, I may have been a little too... colourful in my earlier post, and for that I apologize.

Thanks. I just got tired of the endless passive agressive jabs at Control, and of responding to them.
"Shepard's dead. that's just an AI." Yeah? Well guess what? If I wanted to I could say the you from last year is dead and you're just a copy. Wouldn't that just suck?
"lol Shepard (sorry, the AI) is gonna go crazy and reap everyone lololol!!1". Yeah go ahead and explain how a higher intelligence that we can't even comprehend is going to go crazy. What's that? You need to figure out what sane is at that level? No problem, I'll wait.

I hate it too when people blindly say: "Yeah, you chose Control? Well, I hope you enjoy reaping the galaxy! You stupid!"
And I am like:

Even my Renegade Shepard wouldn't do that. He's the leader of the many:) A 'good' dictator so to speak.

Ohhh I want the Renegade version of this so bad!:

I get what you mean. I think it's because of spending too much time in chlidhood near idiot kids that keep telling you how creepy spiders are (yeah, I blame it all on the idiot kids :P).

And you don't have to apoligize, I know you were joking. Besides, if I had those flyswatters I would probably also turn sadistic. You can't have enough pleasure at seeing a bug that can't move and eat you alive. Because he's dead. Though it's a b*tch to get a dead bug out of the house... Have I mentioned how creepy they are?

 Anyway....

I poseted it to estebanus before, but only now I see how paragon control is really similar to the Jedi codes.
(Turn Jedi to "Shepard", or "Reapers")

Jedi are the guardians of peace in the galaxy.
Jedi use their powers to defend and to protect.
Jedi respect all life, in any form.
Jedi serve others rather than ruling over them, for the good of the galaxy
Jedi seek to improve themselves through knowledge and training.

And there is also this. It makes me think a bit about Shepard as the reaper controller:
(turn the Force to "control", or "catalyst", or "space magic". Whatever)

There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force.

Is it just me that sees the resemblance?

Did Shepard turn to Jedi?

Illusive Man was never right about control. He was already under control so he thought he could control, but really he was controlled.

HEY! The Jedi are very smart people. Mandalorians are about to take over? The wise thing to do is do nothing. Don't insult those brilliant bunch of people.

And the sith have ugly scars. So unattractive.

At least they got things done.

Revan: The mandalorians are razing republic colonies in the oute rim and are advancing further in! We must act!

Jedi council: Lolnope, let's just sit this out.

Revan:Fine, then I'll lead my own army. With blackjack. And hookers.

I was actually very Sith in my reasons for picking control.

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion I gain strength.
Through strength I gain power.
Through power I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.

Power is its own reward. You look back at Anderson, Hackett, your squadmates, your LI, everyone who's ever been at your side, none of them are with you at the Crucible. They tried their best but at the end of it, you stand alone and you alone have the power to end it.

Well, technactly Raven was a Jedi back then so...

Oh right, he brought the sith back. With their ugly scars and yellow eyes.

Never mind then...

Creating these animated banners in not really hard, but VERY time-consuming... Here is the male version of Renegade Control banner:

...I'll make the female version later :)

*sigh. Do try to differentiate between "An idea's theoretically possible/ a good idea" and "I can implement this idea"

We'll all be happier once you do.

Yeah, the sith codex seems much better for control.

But he ended the war together with Meetra Surik!

But in the end, he and Malak were indoctrinated by the emperor.

Oh, and he defeated the very same sith he brought back.

Then it's just me that think it's more Jedi? Oh well...

I guess my Shepard's reapers will sit around when the Mandalorians will come.

Lol.

Council: the mandalorians are coming! you must defend us, god emperor Shepard.

God emperor Shepard: Council pls. You think I took control of the reapers to help you? NO! I took control of them so that I could make the sports event "reaper racing!"

Council: Fine, then we'll just destroy the citadel so that you can't control the reapers anymore.

God emperor Shepard: Yeah, let's see how that works out when the reapers start knocking on your door.

Council: FUUUUUUUUU-

I see where you think that. And really, there are elements of both. Light and dark... kind of like... the Force?:D

Indoctrination is all around this days for BioWare, huh?

I wonder who will be the next one to indoctrinated in DA3.

Oh wait, we have that already. Darkspawn. <_<

Although, come to think of it, what would happen to Shepard if someone else decided to assume direct control? Would s/he die? Or would his/her soul be doomed to everlasting existence within the deep bowels of the citadel?
