Well, that's an allure of control, they could easily make a paragon and a renegade version of it. Obviously everything that happens after the events of ME3 is headcanon.

I don't even know what I'd do in that situation if I'm completely honest. If I'd been fighting the Reapers for 2 years and then in the space of 5 minutes I'd taken control of them, previously not even considering it as an option, I'd be pretty stunned.

I'd rebuild the Relays, possibly investigate dormant ones maybe. But I don't think I'd want to interfere with my big-ass space Cthuhlus.

A lot of my other Sheps are prejudiced against AI, so they'd never choose destroy. The Sheps that I have that would conceivably choose to rule the galaxy with them would only choose destroy, so I'll never get that option.

Considering that IT is quite widespread (even if you don't agree with it you've experienced it), I'm actually quite surprised nobody has suggested what TIM's role should be, since he wouldn't be dead obviously.

I had one Shepard who chose control ending and it was the right fit for her. Condensing it down to Shepard sacrificing herself to maintain the status quo for the galaxy while getting rid of the Reapers is a fine ending.

Technactly, if you'll choose control you'll be dead anyway . Or sort of dead.

Ouch. And dying in space from a Collector Ship is much less painful than being electricuted-disintegrated. So I might just accept that airlock with open arms. :innocent:

You know that's a crazy thing too, even when people agree on what ending (color) they chose, there's still a world of different ways it could end up depending on what "your" Shepard would do. Even in the I.T. crowd there's discrepancy on when the hallucination starts and what happens afterward.

Even in synthesis, the reapers don't die, do they just get really depressed because they haveno purpose and just start taking prozak or what? The reapers still need to feed on organics so do we come up with a plan to mass produce space plankton for them to eat?

God dam you bioware for making me speculate so much.

Yeah. I think that's what BioWare was aiming for. So you could take control and speculate what your Shepard would do. You can pick synthesis and theorise on how things would change in the galaxy.

If the ending had been more in-depth, and had more variety, it might even have worked really well. As it is, we can still have these discussions but there's not enough points to debate on.

Can reapers be depressed? In that case, Shepard should have let them watch Wuthering Hights. They would have left the galaxy crying weeks before the ending .

Yes. Conrad Verner and Joker.

Conrad has his own LI: Jenna

And he knows to search every box for extra credits. That'll help. And he asks some questions repeatedly, so he'll take in all the necessary information. Oh, and he can build the Crucible, so he's got that going for him.

He chooses synthesis though.

The clip seems to be based on synthesis, that's for sure.
