Can you use mods with games prchased through steam?

Don't know for sure, but if you are on PC, I don't see why you couldn't use mods regarless of whether you bought the game off of steam or have a physical copy. I think the override folders, and other relevant folders are there just as in a game purchaced as a physical copy.

So I'd say that I'm 99% sure that the answer is yes, but since I don't have a steam copy, I can't say for sure.

Yes you can, I have DAO on steam and run mods with no problems.
