Seemed to me he might be the kind of unsuccessful con-artists who would try to make a couple of bucks returning things he'd 'found' elsewhere.

Still pretty funny in all thre games.

I dunno, if I were a con-artist, I would have given up on it long ago, what with a simple toaster.

Yeah, that Krogan was a total nut wack. He buys it so easily, but I was greedy with my fish; "ain't no Krogan getting no fish from me!".

Yeah I was looking forward to slamming his face into the floor and arresting him for fraud at the very least but no BW just lets the guy off again. Its not too hard to tell sense day one he was a shyster.
