 Hi!

I just promoted 3 classes but my rating didn't improve. I had 330 before the promotions and now I still have the same 330. Previosly it always raised 10pts for each promotion. The N7 rating increased correctly.

I don't know if it matters but I made the promotions inside a multiplayer team lobby. After the promotions the hosting player logged out and before the hosting transfer was complete I exited it since I didn't want to play more today. I'm only refering this beacause the process seems quircky since I already lost 33k credits when buying a package and I didn't recieved any package in the end because in the meantime the hosting player exited. I didn't bother at the time since 33k is nothing.

Can this be fixed? I spent a lot of hours trying to catch a friend of mine and now I feel cheated

This happened to me too!! I was also on 330 (how weird lol) and after promoting, nothing changed. But after I shut down and came back to it later that day my rating was up?

Do you gain rating levels on gold? I've played like 6 games and it hasn't changed at all??

I played some missions on gold, some on silver and the last one was on bronze (I needed just a few xp to reach lvl20 and bronze missions are a lot quicker). Unlike you my rating hasn't gone up :S

It is solved!

I don't know if it was the patch or if it was after I played another match since the problem occurred, but my 30pts just came back Even so this was indeed a bug.
