Hi, i already saw some people with a similar problem but they were PC users, so they just Cheated to solve the problem.
Here is the problem, i killed all the werewolfs, killed the oak tree and now the hermit wants me to get a werewolf pelt, well, thats not an option for me, i searched all the merchants and none of them have the pelts, the one i couldnt check is the one at Wade's emporium and now the store is closed (closes after completing Dragon armour), i cant kill the hermit, attacking him is impossible and stealing from the stump is impossible too (maybe because you cant kill the hermit and the oak tree), im 45 hours into the game, i have no other save worth loading, Random battles doesnt seem to appear with werewolfs....... what should i do??? Any1 was able to solve this??

You should be able to get a few pelts from looting the werewolves you killed. If at some point, you had them but sold them to a merchant, I suppose you could always buy them back. Also, I seem to recall engaging a few werewolves in a random map battle.

The problem is i searched all the merchants and i didnt find any pelts on them, even the one from Dwarf city who is random.
The bodies were already looted by me, i dont remember but i probably sold the pelts to the guy from Wade's emporium and the store is now closed forever.
My only chance is a random battle with werewolfs but i tried travelling from Dalish camp to Brecilian forest countless times with no sucess, i didnt even get 1 random battle!! Any more advice???

dude you got yourself in a little predicament guess all you can do is try get random encounter to show by going up and down forest area. Just remember next time don't sell stuff to wade.

As far as I know there are no more random battles when exploring the area complete before. But not for sure. I got that info out of another thread regarding the random battles on the world map.

I have this exact same problem, However I don't believe I've sold the pelts I believe I destroyed them accidentally thinking it would increase my bag capacity.... And then later I accidentally killed the Oak tree and proceeded to save.
This is extremely frustrating since I'm 45hours into the game and at a complete standstill. I've run countless times back and forth praying for a werewolf, but all I ever get is the horse and carriage shop guy..... I cannot go any further nor can I find a werewolf pelt ANYWHERE... My previous save is back 25hours ago soooo, there's no chance I'm going back..
THERE HAS to be a way for me to buy this thing... 65% of the world explored - not worth restarting if you ask me.

travel all over the map, not just the forest. you will have the random werewolf fight if you killed the main one. if you helped the wolves, you will not get the random encounter

There is one random encounter with werewolves. However, the trigger for it may be to complete the forest quest section. Not sure about that, though. If it only occurs after completing the forest, you'd be out of luck, but if you can get it to occur anyway, you should be ok.
The whole Wade's Armor closing up thing is just a poor design decision on every count, unfortunately.

What AiTenshi1 said. The random encounter is triggered by completing the entire quest. I agree about not liking Wade's armor closing up, esp. since he has some great things to sell that he won't sell except for a very narrow window. Things a rogue character would want.
On the 360, you can keep up to 30 saves. Why on earth do you not use them all? I have the very first save from each character, when I get control of the character in the origin story, and the first one at Ostagar, and the first one at Lothering and the first one at...blah blah blah and have 2 for camp, and 3 rotating for current affairs that I overwrite until I want to save one. While I mess it up sometimes...I always have a save that's only an hour or so back that I can revert to.
Surely, a long-time game player knows that they should have many, many saves?
