With the possible ban on X-BOX, do you think game companies like BW will focus on only games for the PC? If they did, would you expect a completely different product from a game that was made for X-BOX and PC? Or do you think game companies will still make products for the current X-BOX players?
In regards to DA I've read (which could be true or false) that DA2 was made to attract the X-BOX crowd, while DA: O was more for the PC players. Do you think that's true?
X-BOX ban = good or bad?

Actually I think they are waiting for the final verdict.

The ITC's full commission will not rule until August. The final say in halting sales is left to the President of the US and his advisers The probability of that happening is slim. Also there are millions of XBoxes out there. The market will not go away. Since DA is also released on the Playstation consoles will not be going anywhere soon. The next generation of consoles is on the horizon, so all the problems that MIcrosoft is having with Motorola may become moot.

There are still millions of players on the Xbox even if this goes in effect.

It will never happen, the president would never allow it.

Depends on which company "donates" the most to his re-election campaign.

I'm totally out of the know here, what is this proposed ban?

Microsoft has no problems with Motorola.
They have problems with Google.
Motorola will not "just die really", because they are now Google.
Google purchased Motorola specifically just for their 20,000 patents catalogue, to sue everyone not dancing to their tune. They're particularly after Apple (since they've stolen in on Apple's primary products, and fear Apple's patent vendetta) but Microsoft recently launched a W8 phone OS that is a perfectly valid competitior to Android. Phone manufacturers might be attracted to this, if Apple's patent war against Android looks serious. So Google moves against Microsoft, because they want their Motorola patents validated for future battles, and because they want to hold everybody by the balls, including Microsoft and their prospective customers amongst phone manufacturers.

Microsoft has moved against Motorola (Google) as well. Nobody's innocent here, big tech firms are all squabbling with each other on the expense of consumers and small businesses.
In any case, there's no chance in hell Microsoft would desist to sell their main products like Xbox or Windows 7. Similarly, it's highly unlikely Google accepts the import ban on Motorola phones. These issues will be settled between the companies and licence fees will be paid.
This won't affect Dragon Age series and perhaps it would be more fitting to discuss this in the off-topic section.
