1. Sovereign dialogue - excellent villain, extremely intimidating. Best with loud subwoofer
2. LotSB - excellent overall
3. Suicide mission
4. Priority: Tuchanka
5. Ambient dialogue on the citadel in me3 - did so much for the atmosphere of the entire game.

5. The conversation with Vigil. Just found it a very profound moment and also very sad given the fate of Protheans.

4. The alliance arriving to save the day, the Destiny Ascension and the galaxy in one glorious battle.

3. Mordin's sacrifice. Loved the Tuchanka arc in general but this was a perfect climax to it.

2. Wrex greeting me on Tuchanka in ME2. He was the only person who greeted Shep like an old friend and seemed genuinely delighted to see you.

1. Sovereign on Virmire. It's just such a fantastic reveal and Sov's dialogue is among my favourite in any given medium.

1. Punching out Kalisah al-Jilani (take your pick which time)
2. Emergency Induction Port (although it makes more sense if Miranda dies at Sanctuary)
3. Saving the Destiny Ascension in ME1
4. Tali's trial
5. This is more gameplay related, but the trap on the Collector ship on insanity.

Not trying to get on ya, but the consort was Sha'ira, Shiala is the green chick.

Hmm. In no particular order:

1. Squad goodbyes in Priority: Earth
2. Archangel's reveal
3. The opening sequence for ME2 up to and including the reveal of the SR-2
4. Liara's black box
5. Mordin's sacrifice

I could easily name a dozen others, but these ones were the big ones for me.

Fifth fleet arriving just in time to save the DA/Normandy killing Sovereign
Opening of Mass Effect 2
Suicide mission/blowing up CB/telling TIM to **** off
Curing the genophage
Fleet arrives/final goodbyes.

Theses are my top moments in no praticular order, and by top moments I mean those that were happy and awsome not those that make me cry:

1. Kirrahe's speech in Mass Effect 1 on Virmire was 100% awsomeness.
2. Talking with the Prothean VI (aka Vigil) on Ilos in Mass Effect 1 was purley awsome and with the music it was even more.
3. Defeating the Shadow Broker with Liara in LotSB.
4. Curing the Genophage and watching Wrex and Eve being so happy just warmed my heart.
5. KILLING THAT B*TCH KAI LENG.
