DA2 and ME3 are in the least-liked section of my gaming library, hanging out with duds such as Master of Orion 3. I guess MOO3 has company now, at least (though that one's still on the very bottom).
(As to where I'd rate the others: ME2, NWN, Jade Empire, & SW:tOR were definitely enjoyed, and NWN does rate as a My Favorite but that's due to the awesome modding community and not so much the original campaign. Also, I didn't rate any of the expansions in the My Favorites list, but some of them do belong there, particularly NWN: Hordes of the Underdark and BG2: Throne of Bhaal.)

1. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
2. Mass Effect 2
3. Jade Empire
4. Dragon Age: Origins
5. Mass Effect 3
6. Baldur's Gate 2
7. Baldur's Gate 1
8. Mass Effect 1
9. Dragon Age 2
10. Neverwinter Nights
KotOR was my first and funnily enough is my favorite. I doubt that is ever going to change between the environments, characters, plot twist, and setting. Up through DA:O are the Bioware games I enjoyed to the point where I could ignore any and all flaws, for similar reasons. 5-7 I had a few issues with, but still managed to get some good entertainment out of them. 8 onwards I consider more flawed than fun. With Neverwinter Nights, I never got into the online community and the SP campaign was pretty bland. DA2 had its moments, but all the changes felt unnecessary/pointless. And after Jade Empire, it was hard for Mass Effect to compare as a title.

2. Dragon Age Origins
3. Baldur's Gate
4. Dragon Age II
5. Mass Effect
6. Mass Effect 2
7. Jade Empire
8. Mass Effect 3
9. Neverwinter Nights
The numbers on the scale aren't equidistant, however. The distance between ME and ME2 and JE is significantly less than the distance between JE and ME3 and NWN, for instance.
If the ending weren't so abhorrent, I could easily see it sitting at 7 (or it could maybe even take ME2's spot at 6, but I wouldn't be able to judge this until all post-release content was out). With the ending, though, it could never move any higher. The only thing that keeps it from being last is NWN's penchant for being so forgettable.
I don't play Star Wars games or MMOs, so no KotOR or TOR. But I'm sure KotOR would rate higher than ME3, to be honest, all the good things people usually have to say about it.

ME3 would be just under ME2 if it had a proper, well developed ending.

That is unusual you prefer dragon age 2 above the entire mass effect series, thats cool, I am just hoping if you could give an explanation to this, I am intrested

I find the characters more engaging in Dragon Age 2 (that and Hawke feels more mine than Shepard does.) DA2 doesn't hijack my PC for long periods of time (yeah he's handed the idiot ball on more than one occassion but it's not as jarring as ME2 where my character's going 'NOOOOO' on someone who snarled at to just do their job and that's all they needed to speak to each other about 5 minutes before) and I have more control over character relationships.
...That and there's no forced friendships in DA2 to ****** me off. <_<
So yes despite the repeating maps and its raining men! battle system I like it more than the ME series.

2. Baldur's Gate II.
3. Baldur's Gate.
4. Dragon Age: Origins.
5. Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic.
6. Never Winter Nights.
7. Mass Effect 2.
8. Jade Empire.
9. Mass Effect 3.
EDIT 10: Dragon Age 2.
I'm not bitter about ME3, but considering the other games Bioware have launched and looking back, it's really obvious the drop in narrative standard. I play Bioware games because of the story, because I love role playing games. I don't consider Mass Effect 2 and 3 role playing games. They've become something else, and I honestly think the series has suffered for it.
(EDIT: Just realised I've not even listed Dragon Age 2. Honestly; it's the second biggest gaming disappointment I've ever had in my life. Warhammer: Age of Reckoning takes the cake for that. Oddly enough, WAR is now under Bioware. Go figure.)

One of the reasons for that made mass effect 3 so hard to bear, considering how good ME2 was

4. ME3
5. DA:O (played multiple times)
6. DA2(I liked the game for what it was. Just didn't see it as any kinda of sequel. Only completed once)
7. SW:TOR (cancelled, too many dead servers and got sick of finding ones with more than 5 people)
Sorry to say I never played Baldur's Gate or Neverwinter Nights. I did play Shattered Steel years and years ago. I prefer more sci-fi based games like ME.

thanks for explaining that mate, if I had one good thing to say
about DA2, is that in my personal opinion the characters in it
(especially the companions and antagonists) are really intresting.
all in all I was not a fan of DA2, but I am glad you liked it.

4. Mass Effect 1
5. DA: O
Mass Effect 3 would of been in there if it wasn't for the auto-dialogue (it's the reason I can't play it anymore), the ending, even though I don't really mind it because of the IT and the face import issue - can't believe they decided to take out hair styles and such, can't even have my "Shepard" anymore. Don't get me wrong, there were moments in ME3 that blew me away, had me crying, laughing, etc, but if I can't even replay it, then it's not worth mentioning.

2. ME1
3. KoTOR
4. ME3 & DA:O
And no DA:O isn't tied with ME3 because I think it's bad, it's because I like the above games better and I don't think DA:O deserves to be under ME3, especially with it's ending as it is now.
