I've never managed to play the Baludr's gate games (I got the first one, but the disk broke) so it would go:

1) Kotor
2) Mass Effect 2
3) Mass Effect 3 (would be ahead of ME2 but the endings destroyed the replayability)
4) Mass Effect
5) Jade Empire
6) DA: O
7) DA2
8) DA: O-Awakening. Probably the worst Bioware game/expansion/DLC I've ever played.

YES.

Look, I love Nathan Fillion.  When I was 19 I drove 500 miles to see Serenity five months before it came out.

But the second that character opened his mouth, I couldn't take the world seriously.  The disconnect was just too great (which I realize is pretty unfair to the game).

KOTOR is what made me fall in love with gaming.

They have all been really good aside from da2 and me3 those both fell short and have convinced me to buy used from now on until bioware earns my respect again.

KOTOR is what made me fall in love with gaming.  

this happen to me as well, KOTOR was my favorite game ever until I discoverd mass effect, everything changed after it,  thats wy I feel so sad with the ending we have in ME3

please BIOWARE I still have faith in you

I only have 4 bioware games, Kotor and all the ME games, so among those I guess it comes last.

Baldur's Gate II and KOTOR are in my opinion Bioware's best games, BGII being their masterpiece. I'd probably place ME3 somewhere near the botton in my ranking. Only SWTOR and DA2 were bigger disappointments.

6. KoTOR/Jade Empire (tied).
7. BG1 (with TUTU and mods I would place it tied with BG2, but not the original)
8. NWN (HotU was definitely the best of the 3)

I have to be honest about KoTOR and Jade Empire. I played them a little while ago just to see what they were about. I must say that if I had played those at the time of their release they would probably be a lot higher in my ranking. And even though something similar happened to ME game the story and the possibility to continue it made that game a lot more compelling to me.

I have not played many BW games, but:
1. ME2 (Polished with some effort given in side quests many would never encounter even)
2. ME1 (Great story, but lacked in gameplay)
3. DA:O (The story was long and epic)
4. ME3 (Good, but corners were cut, does not live up to ME2's polish and care. Too many copy-paste NPCs compared to ME2)
5. DA2 (Do not really like it, the no-import system is better than ME2's will ever be, but it did not really use much of that content and too ****ing many retcons were made)
