Mass Effect 2
Mass Effect 3 (pretty much equal but if I have to choose...)
Mass Effect 1
Dragon Age 2
Dragon Age:Origins
Knights of the Old Republic (for some reason I cannot force myself to play through it, additionally I find Star Wars extremly boring)
I started relativly late woth BioWare games, I played when I was younger more strategy games and RPGs like the Gothic so I am probably biased towards the newer ones (from ME1 forward).

Laughable how ME2 is apparently people's BW favorite, and until ME3 came it was competing with DA2 for the most hated game ever, lol.

Wow, really? that's hard to believe. ME2 was a lot more polished than DA2, a better game by FAR.

1st ME1 & ME2
(mass effect 2 was my first ME game and from there i loved the series and then i went and got ME1 and then fell in love with it more i even bought every dlc from me1 and me2 but i tied them because ME1 had probobly the best story in the series and it was great overall even with the iffy combat i loved it and then with ME2 because it had alot better combat and grafics and the characters were amazing but the story was eh so they balanced out in my book still ME has a bit of an edge and with myself as an obbsesive mass effect fan knowing the lore in and out and all the characters)
2nd:DAO
(first Bioware game i ever played, amazing story great characters and the game was just overall great)
3rd ME3
(i was hoping this game would be amazing even after having it spoiled and spending months in the spoiler group i was hoping it owuld blow my mind and to a degree it did some parts were amazing like the genophage arc which is still my favorite part of the game but it slipeed off around rannoch or thessia and fell into a hole even though the earth missions were great and i loved the cutscenes but i felt like me gathering all the assets was for nothing because i saw almost none of them play out exept for a 20 second cutscene and a 4 minuite space battle where were the salarians and turian soldiers where were the batarians and geth platforms but the game was still fun exept the end and the multiplayer is suprisingly good)
4th KOTOR
( i really liked the game even though it was a bit old but solid game overal proobly cuz i really like starwars)

well theres my 2 cents and i probobly would have a different ranked games if i played the older bioware stuff but i got into bioware when DAO came out so yea

3rd: Jade Empire
4th: KotOR
5th: DA:O and DA:2 (again a tie, I loved origins characters, opening and conclusion but I also enjoyed 2's gameplay, loved it's story and characters but i missed exploring from Origins)

Baldur's Gate
KoTOR
ME2
ME1
Dragon Age
Dragon Age 2
Mass Effect 3

I know that Mass Effect 3 is by and far away a better game than DA2 (in fact I'd say it belongs up there beside KoTOR. But none of those games ever gave me the long lasting bad emotional response of ME3. So the ranking stands.

1. BG2 The boss of rpgs, great story great character progression very memorable companions... and the best villian     in  gaming history)
2. Kotor (great story, crapy console controls)
3. DA:O (overall this game remined me of what an rpg should be)
4. ME (more depth then the FPS junk food handed out now)
5. JE (story and characters... combat was rubbish)
6. Me3 (ignoring the craptastic return to Earth and the ending)
7. NWN (serious amount of time spent here and a load of fun)
8. ME2 (Just not into overly hub based games with Terminator end bosses)
9. DA2 (just a shocker... story good but everything else fail)

1. KoTOR (I have yet to play a Bioware game that beats this one in terms of story).
2. DAO (Loved it. I prefer silent PCs and this style of combat. And there was just sooo much interaction with your companions on top of an engaging story).
3. BG (Fun revelations are fun).
4. BGII (Same as BG).
5. SWTOR (I enjoy how the different storylines tie into each other).
6. ME1 (I lost count how many times I played this prior to the release of ME2. Obviously great story, but companion interaction and development left something to be desired).
7. ME2 (Gameplay was infinitely better than ME1, but story was lacking. Too many new companions resulted in too little development for all of them save Garrus and Tali, who I only keep separate because they had the first game as well. I'm not particularly attached to any of the exclusively ME2 crew, though I adore Kasumi).
8. DA2 (Gameplay was terrible compared to DAO, though I know I am in the minority in that regard. Enjoyed the story, though, and learning more about the Qunari and the Tevinter Imperium. Companion interaction was severely lacking compared to DAO and KoTOR, which seems to increasingly be the case with Bioware games. I assume this is due in no small part to having voiced PCs and the limitations of varying dialogue for two voiced characters in a scene vs. one, but I could be wrong).
9. ME3 (I would love to rank this higher just because of the quality and frequency of interactions with a romanced Garrus, but unfortunately the linear story, forced Liara content, increased focus on combat, autodialogue, potential lack of straight romance options for FemShep, and lackluster ending have left it at the bottom of the list. I still enjoyed the game, though, and am looking forward to finally getting through it a couple more times).
