Yeah, we're kind of being kvetchy, but then I, at least, do feel hard done by with the closing of the previous thread. I also have a sneaking suspicion in that regard that shall remain unsaid in public channels.

Why bother? You'll just close this thread the minute it looks like bioware is getting called out to much on the lies and such.

Also I do find myself wondering would we be seeing so much focus on multi-player if they had actually delivered the ending most of us wanted? I'm thinking they had to focus on that because any other content before they revamp the endings will just get trashed in forums.
All this really though is quite sad Mass Effect 3 should have gone down as one of the best games of all times, it really was on track but thanks to the ending and all that happened afterwards the only thing it will be remembered for in the future is the first time gaming fans truly turned against a gaming franchise.

What was the problem with the old thread exactly? Seems kinda ridiculous reading through it that it got locked
Also, ending of ME3 sucks...

Its the first game ive ever played where it retroactively destroyed all replay value... I dont feel the need to go through all that just to end up being told ''You can die in green, blue or red. Now pick your favorite colour of the three.''Xavier Hawk wrote...
Moderators must have really enjoyed killing the last thread, now lets all play nice and keep on topic. For my part I'll sum up my thoughts, Mass Effect 3 was an incredible game everything to me was perfect right up until the last 10 minutes where lets face it they just dropped the ball and couldn't deliver a decent ending. Wasn't like it was hard all we wanted was full on renegade ending, full paragon ending and a slap in the face to anyone who played the game half and half (fyi slap in the face was ending we all got).
Also I do find myself wondering would we be seeing so much focus on multi-player if they had actually delivered the ending most of us wanted? I'm thinking they had to focus on that because any other content before they revamp the endings will just get trashed in forums.

Ah man i'm sorry you guys got that thread locked! I never posted there but I often read up on the discussion going on..
You guys only drifted off a bit... it's not like you were talking about chocolate cake recepies haha... and the bottom few posts were all directly related to the game and the DLC situation which is an important discussion topic in regards to the extended cut and it's release window. Bizzare it got locked....
Really bad call from the moderator right there.
What can ya do eh :/

Just going to poke my head in to say: This.
Just waiting on EC to decide if I should uninstall the trilogy.

Well, I doubt it would get re-opened if I say ''pwetty pwease, with sugar on top...'' But I think we're gonna make the most of it... It was a place where we could gather and write our experience with the game and the ending... Personally I made a few friends and had more than a few good laughs, so im okayAlex Arterius wrote...

Same here... Oh well... Maybe if we're lucky we'll be released from the constant ''This game must have MP!'' or the ''We need more MMO's! WoW gets all the business!'' But I doubt it...iakus wrote...

I've decided Bioware moderators killing off the last thread was a good thing. The thread itself was dying people where drifting in and out and most like me probably posted early on but then as time went on just checked up once and while to see if anything had happened. Now logging on and seeing they've cancelled has fired me up again. I really want my better ending now as what I got was just cheesy sci-fi ending and bad cheesy sci-fi ending at that. I want my 16 different endings and yep I want Shepherd to survive and go through new DLC which all occurs after I heroically save the universe get the girl and use the remainders of harbinger as a hood ornament for the Normandy.
I'd be satisfied with the 16 vastly different endings that they promised, not having to play MP to get the best ending, Shep surviving would also be nice... But the realist in me is saying ''They're adding last farewells from LI's, and maybe some more colour-coded ending.''

Let them take their time with it. Last thing we need are "EC Rushed" threads all over the place. Or for the EC to be a major let down because it was rushed.
Give them a year or so. Release an Enhanced Edition instead of an EC and address all the problems at once. Only way they will impress me at this point.

We drift around a lot. Mostly water cooler talk, but we get back on topic when new stuff comes up. Totally bizarre that they lock it on page 4000+ after all the drifting the last 3 months.

The EC is probably gonna be out 2-3 days before fall...

yep the ending did indeed suck, it felt disjointed from the rest of the trillogy and for me it destroyed the replay value of all the M.E games. it has also took away any inclination to play mp that i had.
Yeah, it was actually remarkably easy to find everyone again. You friend a bunch of people and just look in their history where the party moved to.
Like Shepard, we are using the rEApers own tech against them.

Has any body else notice bioware is falling apart after every game DA2 crap swotr crap me3 super crap you would think some one would say where doing some thing wrong the fans are angry we should not ****** them off or EA will cut are heads off
Except all were initial commercial successes. DA2 had a pretty large pre-order population, basically because origins was amazing and people expected more of that. It wasn't until after that everyone was like "WTF?!" and sales started to dip.
Same with ME3, had a pretty good release day due to pre-orders, and then people were like" WTF!?"...
And I'm pretty sure SWTOR broke pre-order records, and now people are like "WTF!?!"....
But by the time any of that happened, they already had emptied all our money into their swimming pool and dove in like Uncle Scrooge. To them this is good business.
I have a feeling DA3 is going to do terrible pre-order wise. I think people that actually stick with Bioware are going to be much more cautious due to their recent releases.
I think BioWare is going to have to build their fan loyalty back from the ground up. They've done a lot to demolish it the last few years.
