I've filled in my promo codes 2 days ago and they were both accepted. But somehow I still can't download these DLC's to my game. What should I do?

I've got the same problem. I have registered the game, redeemed the codes but the content for download does not appear in the Downloadable Content menu. I´ve no idea of what to do

I've noticed that both the promos are on my "registered game promotions" so my online profile seems to allright.

I have same problem as well.

Edit: Problem getting the Blood Dragon Armor, that is.  I registered the game and downloaded Shale addon, but couldn't get the armor redemption to work.

You should just read the sticky notes on this right section.

Thanks, I overlooked the sticky notes. The DLCs are working fine now.

why is it so difficult to get this downloadeble content to work bioware. It should just be simple proces but somehow you manage to complicate things. Annoining when your force to read a lot of stuff to get a thing working you payed for. Not user friendly at all!!!!!
