I have two issues:

1) The ea support website does not recognize my username when I try to email bioware for help regarding the issue listed in #2

2) I purchased the game yesterday and have been trying to download the Blood Dragon Armor using the code included with the game, but have not been able to download the armor  Edit: Resolved
