Mega issues (EA said I must post here)

Hey all

Firstly I would like to apologize if this is in the wrong serction (blame EA) ... but here are my problems ... ...

1) EA says that they cannot see that I have bought even a single spectre pack, but I have 2 pictures showing that I have unlocked almost all Rare's and 2 ultra rares.  (not sure how to upload a pic)

2) In 1 of those premium spectre packs, I recieved the M-98 Widow, which has now vanished into thin air like puff the magic dragon ...

3) I have had the game since release, and have taken part in operations including operation shieldwall in which I promoted 4 characters, yet I have never recieved a commendation or victory pack ... ever !


Is there a way that I can have all this looked into ... it is hard enough not buying bioware points and having a terrible net connection but to be messed around like this makes the game way less enjoyable ...

All information would be greatly appreciated.

EA is wrong. This is user-to-user tech support and you are lucky if someone from BioWare actually reads this. I suggest you send a personal message to Chris Priestly. If he can't help you directly, then maybe he'll point you in the right direction.

Is there anyone else I can get a hold of ... ... EA hasn't replied to my emails ... EA live chat is as useless as a banana holder ... or even my ex ...

did you check if your feedback is on in game ?

Go to options then select online to see if its on or not.

The EA Live support should at least give you the commendation pack, Chris Priestly said so himself And they could grant me mine from the operation before shieldwall (the one with the banshees) as I didn't get mine then either.

Well ... I got given a gift pack for my troubles and they say they can't give me a commendation pack ... ... I will see if that will change but as of right now I suppose that 3 premium spectre packs is ok ... ... still not happy that I haven't gotten the commendation packs I deserve ...

Sometimes I really wonder how some ppl think. Yes of course you bought a product and deserve a certain kind of support and quality (with both I'm not happy either in regard to Bioware and ME3), but really thinking of "I expect a call of the president ASAP and him addressing this problem personally and immediatly" and the like? Always remember they already got your money, even tho a lot of issues and limitations were already known.

If you want something else don't support this kind of item store/ DLC stuff/ product till the quality represents what you're looking for.

I was looking for support on a problem ... yes games have bugs ... yes not all support staff are friendly ... ... but when you buy a product be it a game or an appliance ... u have certain expectations ...

Buy a juicer it must juice things ... do an operation and receive the advertised commendation pack ...

Please go and troll somewhere else ...
