I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I even called EA support about the problem and they couldn't do anything to reimburse in-game credits I earned and spent on three packs ... made me not want to risk ever spending real money on one.


EA support also told me I would get any "lost" packs back after the fix was implemented. Any news on this?

On the topic at large, I'm relatively happy about the fixes, though there probably should be more campaign fixes involved (Getting stuck in the Normandy cockpit for example).  Also, the character card issue should be dealt with soon, and I don't mean relatively.  There's nothing particularly large coming out soon, so the community won't go anywhere if they start getting more weapon upgrades.  When things such as Halo, RE, GTA, COD get released, nothing is going to stop those crowds from leaving. 


There was key bind for text chat in the demo, but it wasn't even working in the demo. My husband and I were baffled over it. :P

Moreso when they actually removed the keybind setting for text chat from the game.

So, the code DOES exist, but for whatever reason, Bioware doesn't think it's terribly important for people to communciate with keyboards. <_< (I can understand how this is difficult on consoles, but this was the PC demo. :DDDDD)  It's just that it feels like Bioware is personally telling me that they do not want me to play their product at all. :(

Yeah and the keybind that was in the demo for text chat is still used by the same function so you can't even rebind that key unless you edit coalesced.bin.

So what they did was only remove anything mentioning text chat from the options menu and left everything else as it was... half done.

Wait, what? What does this mean exactly? If there's a problem with the Rebellion DLC, then we need this patch when the DLC comes out, not two days later.


That was poorly worded and I can see the concern.

I have changed the wording to:
-    Fixed an issue where gear items from the Rebellion DLC would unequip at the end of each match.

You won't lose the item (as in it will go away and you'll never get it again).

You may, until you get the patch, have the item removed from teh player and need to requip it before you use it again. This is fixed once the patch is applied, but it is an annoyance until then.

Sorry for the poor wording.

Headshots now are registered as they were originally planned. The bosses from other factions (Banshees, Atlas') don't have such a weak point. They now made it an even playing field. And it was originally intended as a dev said so himself.

The problem was that occasionally, the audio sound would play at maximum volume for eveyone (too loud). It now plays at teh correct volume.

So what, now everyone will hear a normal sounding Reave instead of an extra loud one for the duration of the mission?

Also, Made ammo consumables insta-reload and damage bonus.  It took more then one read, but why do you people continue to condone Reload-Bypassing instead of fixing the few cases it can happen?  Ammo Stores were already fine for Gold, I don't know why you added this.


The way I read this, it's brilliant. A lot of people don't use the ammo consumables, but if you pair that with an instant reload and temporary damage bonus, they will become a lot more useful.
