Probably two different teams working on the issues. Also, the MP stuff has been an issue since the demo for crying out loud.
But hey, at least we didn't get an SP patch that failed to fix the things it said that it would fix.

And before I forget, here's the kicker about this patch. I don't think you would need a string of code to fix screwing people out of their reinforcement packs. I would attribute that more on the hardware level.

My favorite patches?
-Fixed the Ultralight Materials SMG weapon mod in multiplayer so it correctly affects weapon recharge (sweet)
-Fixed the issue where users logged off/disconnected during multiplayer gameplay would not log back in properly until their game is rebooted (needed)
-Fixed the issue that when a Banshee takes enough damage to stop her charge state, her normal state is not immediately returned (I knew I wasn't crazy! Those things were unstoppable before, lol)
-Fixed Geth prime and harvesters taking headshot bonus damage when they shouldn’t (Whaaaat? Way to screw me over guys, lol)
-Fixed the Kishock Sniper Rifle that would hit head bone (critical hit) on enemies that should not be possible, such as the Brute, Banshee and Ravager (booo, lol)
-Fixed and issue where clients in cover cannot do any damage to targets at wide angles relative to the cover (needed)
-Fixed an issue that an interrupt could sometimes fail to prevent a Cerberus engineer from building a turret (sweet)
-Fixed the Memory Leak going in and out of Multiplayer Menus (needed)
-Added feature to remove AFK players after a set amount of inactivity (nice)
-Added a cooldown to Ops Survial consumable (booo, lol)
-Made ammo consumables insta-reload and damage bonus (no sh*^?!, nice!)

is not fixed at all. OR maybe that is "intended" behaviour when you use the pack and watch shield animation on your corpse.

How old are you??? Play 4 silvermatches and you´ve got mor then 99.000 credits. It´s utterly whining and childish to **** up a hole thread, with your cryes for help. How on earth do you believe that BW, can see if you bought a pack and didn´t recieve it, or if you have used the items already?

It makes your entire company look terrible, and what’s worst is these glitches after the patch have not been quickly corrected. Any other company that made this HUGE of a mistake at least would have had the coders working on it ASAP and a new patch released hours after to ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND MAKE IT RIGHT!!

I think you should just calm down and recognize that they are working on things. In case you haven't noticed, every video game has multiple bugs or issues. Yeah, I was wondering the same thing, i don't think the 1.03 patch has actually been released yet on PC. I was just trying the ultra light materials on a couple of sub machine guns, and it definately isn't fixed yet, so I don't think the patch is actually out yet.

First, insults go nowhere, be the bigger man and avoid them.
Second, Bioware letting you paying real money for in-game items is the troll here. Bioware wins that.
Third, if you let the Bioware troll convince you to spend real money on in-game items and it failed once, it's ENTIRELY your fault if you attempted it again after not having a resolution or compensation from the first incident.
Lastly, this entire quote fest, belongs in another thread.

The bug fix did indeed fix the problem with galaxy map scanning if you changed the right-click to some other function. THANK YOU!!!!
I also noticed some improvement on the lip syncing, but not as much as I had hoped. It's still not as good as it was in the first two games, but it's an improvement. *golf clap*
I haven't gotten to the missions that I had the issue with falling through the floor (only ever had it happen during the missions to rescue Jacob), but I'll assume that's fixed.

- does that mean the Kishock no longer does critical hits on the Brutes and Banshee even if you headshot them? I understand not being able to headshot Ravagers since they do not seem to have heads.
