Banshees definitely don't have a headshot bonus, I thought Brutes were supposed to though...honestly it doesn't make sense that some do and some don't, but meh

That sucks.  The description of the Kishock says "with a steady aim you can almost kill everything with a single shot" (not exactly word for word but that's what it was implying).  And why the hell not?  Who or what wouldn't die with a huge ****ing harpoon in the skull?  It's not like it's easy to hit the head on moving targets with that rifle.  It takes skill and you gotta time everything right especially at longer range.  Not to mention you gotta charge your shots which becomes a pain after a few rounds.  Way to nerf a great rifle :|  Now we got the Reegar Carbine that mows through everything and another sniper granade launcher.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing, i don't think the 1.03 patch has actually been released yet on PC. I was just trying the ultra light materials on a couple of sub machine guns, and it definately isn't fixed yet, so I don't think the patch is actually out yet. :whistle:


Sigh, learn to read. The patch for PC was released on the 29th.

This is game is vage, and I'm really disappointed with the level of detail it has. ME2 was way better in that aspect, and now I'm much more disappointed since Bioware is giving all the resources to the multiplayer instead of the campaing.

Now you release a new DLC with a new objective. That objective it's ridiculus. You have to get a computer to the extraction point. C'mon, use your homnitool to extract the data and then send it. Why do you need to carry a ridiculus backpack without being able to run? There isn't an animation for the character grabing the computer. It simply transforms in to a backpack by magic act. All the game it's the same, all the same poor quality level.

You prefer to release more dlc's for the multiplayer instead of patching and making the game better glogablly, go on. Go ****ing on.

Yep! Perfect! Nothing's worse than a player idling around in a silver or gold game. You can't kick him, the slot is occupied so nobody else can enter the game and he receives the full credits and XP at the end. Not fair. So thanks for fixing that! :kissing:

It doesn't help against the moron though, who was just sitting there during a silver game. And after my third inquiry, if he is "a happy camper", he responded that he wanted to "teach us a lesson", because we had let him bleed out and that wouldn't be good teamplay, so now he would watch us "work for his credits". When I said, that this doesn't make any sense, he started calling us names. :pinched:

Yeah, thank you big time! Running off alone and dying in a remote location with tons of enemies between him and the rest of us was really a very bad move performed by us 3 teamplayers. Aside from that it happened during wave 2, so he was back on his feet in no time anyways when we had cleared up the enemies. But that seems to be one of the differences between a silver player and a gold teamplayer. He was probably one of those bitter people that don't get the attention THEY THINK THEY DESERVE, so they get frustrated all day long and have to take that attitude even into recreational gameplay.

And to the people whining about the lack of story bug fixes: As annoying as those bugs might be, you can reload anytime during a campaign without really losing something. I am quite happy that they focussed their attention on the multiplayer, because I put playing the story on hold until the extended cut DLC is released. I don't see the point in making another playthrough as a renegade (probably on insanity) just to be watching a different colored ending.

Where the Multiplayer on the other hand is one of best things Bioware ever developed. This is so much fun. Especially with all those character classes and races to combine them with. There are so many different styles for successfully playing through the waves, it's unbelievable. Except for the soldiers, I love all the classes. Well, maybe the Vorcha will change even that. :-)
And during Multiplayer a glitch can be REALLY annoying. Especially after playing for 25 minutes and then getting hit by a major bug during Wave 10, where the majority of the credits is supposed to be made...

I wouldn't mind though, if Bioware would fix some story bugs in the future, too. :-)

Hurrah for fixing this. I've experienced this every third of my games (except when I am creating a lobby).


Dammit, this was not fixed. The first round in MP after 1.03 patch installed and the above bug happened again. It took one death and some time before it was somehow corrected. Perhaps my problem is not the same although the result is exactly as described here.

Unfortunately, EA will choose to work on whatever is making them more money, which in this case is the Multiplayer.

Vanguard glitching out of the map is still not fixed.
Ultralight Mod on SMG still doesn't work on SMG except Geth SMG.
I am sure there will be plenty of other fixes that are still broken after the patch.

Release a "New 1.03 patch" next week and actually fix the damn glitches/bugs that have put people off of playing with a whole class and not letting them use SMG as a backup weapon.

Stupid lazy bums...

well they better be patching it again already soon, a whole mess of problems came with new mp dlc. lets just say when your friends can do the moonwalk and the enemies spawn in the air and stay there, id call that a major problem. Even went to a friends host we knew had good connection.

lets just say we had a hard time getting them to kill us when we didnt wanna fight the lag.

After searching the bugfix list again, I am missing two important fixes in the 1.03 patch list, too: :crying:

1. Krogan Battlemaster Rage not increasing Melee Damage and providing more Health & Shields during Rage.
The Krogan Rage works fine with the Krogan Soldier and the Krogan Sentinel. But with the Krogan Vanguard, the Rage is NOT doing its job. I am not the only one reporting that issue. Please fix that. :wizard:

2. Asari Justicar Power Damage increase not working
If you level up the Asari Justicar (the one with the Sphere, not the regular Asari Adept) tree up to Rank 5 called "Power Damage" the promised +15% power damage do NOT show up in the damage display of the Reave or Pull (Lift Damage) tree and seem to have no effect in the game as well. So leveling up the Asari Justicar Tree is not an attrative option at all, because increasing the duration only of the powers (Rank 3 and Rank 4) is not really important for the game play. Especially not during Gold Games, where any Biotic Power gets detonated within two seconds anyways. Please fix that too. :wizard:

Otherwise keep up the great work! I love your multiplayer and the constant addition of new classes and powers. Don't listen to the people complaining about everything. :happy:

Yeah I forgot to say that. EA has the golden egg chicken for almost 2 years, thanks to the level 11000 nerds who will buy anything for the multiplayer when the paid multiplayer DLC's start

Since I installed the patch and the new multiplayer DLC on my PC the game itself will only start after like 2-3 attempts running the executable. Never had this problem before, anyone experiencing the same?

same issue here...

also found 2 new glitches (well for me they are new). twice when i entered a new game i was only the camera view.

the 1st time the camera was fixed on the ground and couldnt change the view but could move my toon but couldnt see much. the 2nd time my toon was fixed but the camera was like noclip mode i could fly all over the map...

real genius' they got working there.
