Because most of, if not the Bioware team is working on Extended-Cut, leaving any free people and Monteral (MP creators) to do work now.

Let's hope then this Extended-Cut is worth my time. I'm very skeptical about it and have not played a second playthrough waiting for a patch to fix plenty of things.

To be fair, it seems to only be more like 75-80% multiplayer stuff.
Fixing the face import bug might have enticed me to see if the game is still installed, but…yeah, no.
I’m also still refusing to try multiplayer until it’s made completely optional.

It was a given that they'd invest more resources in MP than in the SP. This happens when you add a MP component. The SP component gets the shaft.
Ubisoft are guilty of it (AC)
Naughty Dog are guilty of it (UC)
The EC debacle is of their own making as they should have got it right the first time around.
This patch will still not fix my locked profile - it is preventing me from enjoying the game as it was intended (I want to platinum it aswell, and it won't let me).

Y’all need a public-facing bug list. Don’t need to show status or estimate, I know game companies are loath to do that, just an official list of things that BioWare acknowledges are bugs. Any bugs that are acknowledge but WONTFIX should remain so marked on the list.
