This wasn't fixed and was left out of the patch notes linked to in the MP section. Just booted up my game to check (there are already videos), if you switch characters and change back it'll bump the cooldown back up to what it would be without the ULM mod. This is really annoying 'cause I just got the N7 Hurricane in my commendation pack and may actually get use out of it if I can get ULM to work, otherwise my CDs get too high.

I really couldn't care less about MP fixes, it's a shame they implemented MP at the cost of SP, because that was the core of the game and what made me like it. The MP is mediocre at best, and should definitely not be higher priority than the SP. I don't think there's a player that bought ME3 for the MP.
A big disappointment for a huge ME fan...

i bought ME3 for the mp opini! I have had the game for 2 months and i have never played the sp( which i have heard is still amazing even though bioware managed to increase the game's life span by putting in mp aswell). ME2 lasted me 2 months playing through campaign on every difficulty doingEVERYTHING!! i have played ME3 for that. pong and still have hundreds of hours to put into it so stop insulting bioware for making an amazing game which u obviously are mentally incapable of appreciating!!
No need to troll, buddy.
Firstly, I stated my opinion, I believe the vast majority of the people that bought the game bought it for SP, with MP being a nice bonus. After all, ME got its reputation from being a SP only game. Could be that I'm wrong, I don't have the exact statistics.
Secondly, I didn't insult BW at all. I appreciate all of their hard work for us, and I love their games, and a few bugs won't change that. What I did say is that it's a big shame they released such a bug-ridden game, especially with things that should be obviously working such as importing Shepard (which is definitely marketed as one of the game's "highlights").
I like praising BioWare for their games when it's due (which is most of the times), but I don't think I should be discouraged from stating my opinion if I think there's something wrong. After all, it gets us better and more polished games, when people bring the problems to the attentions of the company responsible in the hopes that they'll fix it.
Cheers

Number of bugs not fixed in the latest patch:SPOILERS BTW (apologies if I have missed these in the new patch)
- Shep not looking at the person he/she is having a conversation with.
- Shep giving Tali an invisible rock on Rannoch (ruins the scene)
- Parts of Sheps hair turning semi-invisible during certain places (Javik room especially) Problem with shaders I'm guessing.
- Audio cutting out randomly (C-sec officer in embassies starts talking, stops halfway through) and many other instances
- Liara LOTSB romance glitch/bug
- One of the Quarian admirals heads doing a 180 in conversation with Shep on Normandy
- Hanar diplomat terminal glitch
-
Characters not appearing in conversations (had this happen on the
mission with ex-cerberus scientists when squadmates talk to Jacob)
- Barla Von being listed as in the presidium commons when he is missing altogether (after cerberus attack)
- Characters not located in the correct place on the mini-map on the Citadel
- (DESTROY ENDING) the cutscene turns
blue and orange instead of how it's supposed to look.
- Weapon selection going to default on Rannoch missions and other missions near the end of the game.
- FemSheps hand jumping up and down when placed to ear for listening.
- Minos Wasteland Keeps blinking and the planet Aequitas is highlighted
with a Green marker even if 100% explored and all assets aquired.
- Unable to choose last paragon choice with TIM even if full paragon
- Sometimes Cerberus turrets are invisible
- Sometimes on MP, click to play on Bronze but end up on Silver
- Collectors edition mech dog dialogue never sounds right. Both audio
clips ( "Good Dog" and "Hey there") often play at the same time. It is
also really hard to target the dog.
- Not a bug as such, but the journal could do with improving, so that it actually updates.
This is a good list of major SP bugs that should be addressed. I'd add to them the Gabby and Ken dialogue bug.

lessen the volume on it, stop it from playing for such a prolonged time (especially well after the effect is over), or get rid of the buzzing sound all together! this is a known issue addressed by chris before, and i know patches take time and effort. but why make the problem worse by increasing volume?

"-Fixed an issue so Vanguards who are charging as they die are no longer being routed to the ground"
Hasn't been fixed. Using an Asari Vanguard today, and I was still dying after I had charged. Also sometimes the charge doesn't initiate - same with Biotic Sphere on the Asari Justicar. I'm clearly pressing triangle, and for whatever reason, maybe I'm too close to the enemy, it doesn't activate.

What complete and utter incompetence, releasing a patch that’s supposed to fix bugs and the bugs aren’t fixed.
TEST YOUR PATCHES FFS – somebody needs fired over this PLEASE – Hire people that can actually do their JOBS!
The people assigned the task of fixing these glitches should be ASHAMED.
It makes your entire company look terrible, and what’s worst is these glitches after the patch have not been quickly corrected. Any other company that made this HUGE of a mistake at least would have had the coders working on it ASAP and a new patch released hours after to ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND MAKE IT RIGHT!!
I think you should just calm down and recognize that they are working on things. In case you haven't noticed, every video game has multiple bugs or issues. Stop bashing the employees at BioWare and be more civil, would you? It's people like you who posted destructive criticism to BioWare over the ending of it. Grow up.
Don't bother, she/he is just a barrater.
He/she is right to be annoyed. If Bioware chose to post a list of things that they claim have been fixed then there should have been testing to confirm the issues had actually been resolved. This is a fundamental part of bug fixing.
If they are "working on things" as you say then the bug fixes which have not yet been corrected should not be included in the list of issues they claim to have resolved in the 1.03 patch. I wouldn't go so far as to say people should be fired, but obviously the standards of testing (if indeed there were any) have been exceptionally low in this case.
First, I didn't say they are "working on things."
Second, she/he has not the least right to complain in such a manner.
You think that it is ok to insult Bioware employees?
Let me make this easy for you to understand.
1.) "...and recognize that they are working on things."
You quoted MY Post. Then you wrote: "If they are "working on things" as you say..."
Now read what you quoted again and you may understand what I mean.
If I would fail as you do here, I would be very quiet about other people's failures.
Yes I did quote you, because you agreed with the person that said it. Some "fail" that is...
Holger1405 wrote...
P3G4SU5 wrote...
3.) Try reading his post again. He doesn't make any insults to Bioware employees. Do you really think the forums new rules of conduct would still allow Zaidra to be able to post here if he truly had insulted Bioware employees?
If you think that asking for somebody to get fired, or to imply that the Bioware programmers are incompetent, is not insulting, then wait until somebody claims that you are get fired or that you are incompetent.
Asking for accountability is not insulting. Neither is attributing incompetance to the release of a patch where the people responsible have overlooked the rather simple task of checking whether the bugs were actually fixed. Look up the definition of the word 'incompetant' Holger, the use of the word actually fits this situation perfectly.

2.) Every
person that has paid money for a product has the right to complain if
the product is faulty. When a company makes claims to have remedied
those problems and they turn out to be false, the consumer again has a
right to complain - even more so now as they have been lied to.
Nobody was lying to you, at worst Bioware made a mistake.
Let's assume that you're right for a moment. If someone had simply made a mistake then they've failed to do their job properly. There's a word that defines this. Have you looked up that definition yet? I'll give you a clue, the word begins with 'i'.

Lets see, have they made it so I can import my character... no.
...
I sincerely regret buying this game now.
A month to rush a fix is understandable if somewhat sad. But how many months in are we now with how little work being done on the core elements of what the game was advertised as?
I'm more and more tempted as the days go by to walk down to Bioware's headquarters with my copy of the game and asking for a refund or a fix.
I'm pretty sure they'd try to have me arrested for trying though :~P

over all good fixes...however as other poster's mentioned, it appears as if tactical cloak does not work as it used too. Seems like enemies can see/aim/attack you while cloak is activated.
Um... no. Just, no.
1) To the best of my knowledge, tactical cloak has neither been changed nor screwed up by this patch. It was never a perfect cloak. You know how you can see hunters and phantoms while they are cloaked if you are paying attention and know what to look for? Yeah, that works both ways. Certain enemies are better at seeing you than others. Furthermore, they have a tendency to "guess" where you are based on your previous position.
I remember one time cloaking after stumbling on some geth. After I cloaked, they opened fire on me, but after I ran a bit to the side, they were still closing in on where I had been.
In other words: they were being smart and realistic.
For all of their faults, Bioware has really done a bang up job in terms of dynamic, intelligent enemy tactics. At least, outside of the firebase white geth shenanigans, but that's really more our fault than theirs
2) The fixes sound good. When they announced them, I was way more excited for the patch than Rebellion.
The problem is, the fixes don't seem to work. At all.
3) Guys, if its not in the patch notes, it wasn't fixed. Heck, even if it was in the patch notes, chances are it wasn't fixed
So all of this "did they fix the face import" or "Gaby and Ken" or "What about the Krogan rage bug" etc etc etc... please read the bit where Chris Priestly says that this won't be their last patch by a longshot: these were just the fixes that were judged to be ready for release.
The reason that I'm getting my knickers in a twist isn't because there are bugs, or even that it is taking forever to fix them (although that is irritating). No, it's the fact that this patch doesn't deliver, and that Bioware is completely silent about the fixes that don't work. With stuff that hasn't been fixed yet, I can at least feel confident that they are working on something. With this, I have no idea if they are just going to ignore the issue and pretend that there is no problem.
