So it seems that for some reason my game did not update the MassEffect3.exe, cause this one is still v1.00. But MassEffect3Config.exe is v1.03. So dose anyone know how to fix this?

Delete the exe, one would think that should force Origin to redownload the proper version...

Sadly it did not work. I tried to repair the game over my Origin Account but in the end it always tells me, that I have to be locked in as the administrator, which I then tried but with no success.

Is there a new patch? I've just started Origin and it says there's an update for ME3. Any idea what this is?

I thought the EMS was fixed when EC came out. I remember hearing that the EMS requirement was changed from 4000 to 3100. Unless you guys are talking about a different "glitch".

I m not able to download my v.1.03 patch, everytime i try to download it from my origin it shows error123.... plz try again. Plz can any one help

Since I've been looking for a way to download the ME3 1.03 patch outside of Origin, I've seen a few others asking the same thing. I haven't seen anything from anyone (including Bioware) saying it's "not allowed". I guess that if Bioware keep an eye on these forums, then I can only assume that they're keeping quiet and hoping that we'll go away.

If that's the case, it seems a shame, I have to assume that someone in Bioware is interested in customer service, being responsive, and all those other things that make customers like and support a company.

So... does anyone have ideas on contacting Bioware directly, to that I can start a dialogue on this?

You have to patch it through Origin. Right click Mass Effect 3 and let it check for updates. It's possible Origin has already updated the game automatically.

Hi, sorry if this has already been brought up but since this patch (1.03) is anyone else not able to pick up weapon mods during the single player? I have a more detailed description here:

but basically my Shepard does the scanning animation but no pop-up appears in the bottom right corner and the weapon mods are not there when I access a weapon bench. I've also tested it without the patch installed and it seems to work fine then. I'm on the xbox 360 too.

All fair and well most of the bugs are out but this is still a big issue. And bioware don't even acknowlage the problem. FFS

charlotte, locate your masseffect3.exe. it should be in your Origin Games folder (for example E:\\Program Files\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\Binaries\\Win32). right-click on masseffect3.exe and select Properties -> Details.

Origin updated the patch from 1.00.0.0 to 1.03.0.0. If you are not shore go too (Windows): Start- Configuration-Program and Components- and look in the list for: Mass Effect 3- and stay with your mouse for a second on the title: Mass Effect 3 and now you can read under:...................................

Electronic Art-Product Version: 1.00.0.0 (is not up to date) or 1.03.0.0 (is up to date). :alien:

The second option is: Start-Computer- Hard-Disc Window 7 (or XP) - dubbel click on: Hard-Disc Window 7 - go to Program Files (x86) ...(for Windows XP- is it Program Files)- go to **Origin Games**

I managed to download this latest patch for my PC, but it still doesn't solve the problem I've been having with multiplayer. It's still asking for an online pass that I technically shouldn't even have to deal with since I bought my game just this month. Damn these multiplayer DLCs.

Origin updates the game automatically by default. You can always manually check the my by right clicking the game and selecting "Check for Update".
