 I successfully completed Operation Silencer on the weekend of May 11-13 (on May 13th, specifically), but on May 16th I was locked out of Mass Effect 3's multiplayer because of a return of the Cerberus/Online Pass bug, which locked me out of the game until it was finally fixed on May 24th.  During that time my Commendation Pack must have expired, and I have been told that I didn't qualify when I contacted support.  I know for certain that I did qualify - my friends with whom I did the operation with all earned their Commendation Packs.

It would be great if someone could look into this, because being locked out of something I earned due to support taking a while sucks.
