While playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer I tried to purchase a Premium
Spectre Pack using bioware points but I was having some connection
troubles and the order did not go through initally, so after logging out
of origin and back in I checked the store to see that I was short 240
points and that I did not have the Premium Spectre Pack. I would like my points returned please.

Did you try contacting ea support?

Edit: Also did you try looking if you unlocked anything like a weapon or something?

I finally checked and I got the items from the pack I just wound up skipping the review screen. Everything is in order. Thank you.
