How can I register it? Why can't I put in the code like the other games?

I've been asking that since ME3 was released but just get ignored...

It is my understanding that Bioware are increasingly switching from physically purchased games to digitally downloaded versions - downloaded copies of games do not (AFAIK) come with codes that can be entered so they devised a new method of detecting people's games over the internet.

The problem is that not all console gamers are connected to the internet (I believe I read somewhere that between 20 and 30% are not) and without a connection there is no way that Bioware can detect a game (and some people with connections are having problems).

So far, Bioware has refused to accept there is a problem and have not made any suggestions as to where offline console gamers should post technical problems or spoilers.

I have tried investigating and (from the limited responses I have received) it seems that Bioware hates offline console gamers.
They don't seem to care that we buy their games and spin-off products like books and comics.
I assume they are only interested in gamers they can gouge for extra money with chargeable dlc.
It is quite possible I have misunderstood Bioware's position (as they are so reluctant to speak on such things - and when they do speak they are completely unhelpful).
If I have misunderstood, I would be happy to be corrected (it is largely their reluctance to state their own position that has led to my speculation)

It would be my assumption that no matter the number of console owners without 24/7 'net connection, 90-something percent are closely acquainted with a friend, neighbor, or relative who does have internet availability and will allow them to bring the console over to perform the simple procedures that are supposed to be followed for full participation.

However, given that connection is required, and you do not seem able to follow that alternate option I've mentioned, there just doesn't seem to me to be any reason for you to keep posting here. I'm almost certain it is a total waste of your time, and of the forum's space.

My problem isn't so much the hour-long bus journey to get to the relative's house but the difficulty hefting the console from my flat to the bus station (and the shorter carrying on the other side) and then there is the matter of not knowing what gubbins (or whatever) is needed to connect the X360 and if I would have to buy something else..etc.
And then there is the additional problem if downloading patches or dlc where there is a rather low maximum download limit at the other person's home..
Of course this is harder for the people posting from a public library

Well, that was unnecessarily rude.
