TCP Port 18081and profile/content issues

If you are having any of the following issues in DA PC, please check that your router/firewall is allowing outgoing traffic to TCP port 18081 for dragonage.exe and daupdater.exe:

[*]unable to login in-game
[*]DLC not showing up in-game
[*]no character data ever uploaded to online profile
[*]unable to upload screenshots

There are other reasons that each of these could be broken/etc, so you may still have to do further debugging after opening the port. 

edit: added specific executable names, which are hopefully accurate (corrections welcome!)
