Some of the other things, like the autodialouge, lack of hub worlds other than the Citadel, lack of content for certain characters, still would have annoyed me. Particularly because I know Bioware can do better and Mass Effect should be better. But I don't think I'd be where I'm at now. My view of the game would be much more positive.
The problem is that I think many of us have different ideas on what was wrong with the endings, and what we would prefer to see in an ending.

I could be wrong but I think what we want in general is:
1. a chance to confront star brat on his twisted and bad logic
2. more options in resolving the reaper matter as a result of Catalyst logic being bullsh*t
3. some clarity in how our choices through out our joruney impacted the galaxy/ our crew members
4. fix or lose the plotholes, like joker running away.

It is absolutely impossible to please everyone. Everyone had different expectations of what ME3 would be, but, if the ending was superb and/or made sense to the game. People wouldn't be complaining as much. As far as I recall this is the largest uprising fans have had against a game in the history of electronic gaming. Definitely wouldn't have happened if the ending wasn't so bad.

The question makes little sense. There are plenty of other things in the game that need their own loving.
If the ending was not hogging the spotlight, there would still be valid gripes over other parts of the game.
