I only kick if everyone but that one player is ready and he takes more than 5 mins to ready up. I give everyone a a chance. My N7 is a little above 700.

As of this moment I am 1380. I tend to consider anyone within my rank, above or under, by 200 - idiots until proven otherwise, as well for anyone under 120.
The reason for my (>/< my rank) logic is that I will come across players of that rank now more often who don't believe in capping objectives, reviving players and / or even attempting to be present for extraction.

around 340/350. And with the sole exception of this weekend's event, all of them are from turian soldiers and turian sentinels.
Regardless of how how lacking in common sense/sanity I am, I still play regularly. I just don't promote often. No reason to, unless there's an event like this weekend's

You can play bronze and reach 1000's of N7 rankings,it mean nothing at all. Just amounts to playtime. Also Promotions, which only occur through playtime, and can happen during/on Bronze.
N7 has nothing to do with skill nor intelligence. Just my opinion.

I kick everyone that has an N7 rating between 1 - 5000. Its just not as fun playing with people with low N7 ratings

There was a discussion yesterday about what makes a good player great where it started out fine with topics like accuracy, situational awareness, using a mic, all being discussed then it turned to irrational as folke started bringing N7 levels into it. N7 does not mean anything other than you have been playing longer than the next guy, OR that you promote more often (i have yet to promote anyone yet).
See even though my skill is N7 is still less than 90 i know how to play and alot of the stuff i do in a map does not win points. These things are still necesary to the success of the mission but they are little tweaks and shoves to skew the game mechanics.
For example on Fire base white, the one where you spawn and the fighter is on the pad. If you run up the stairs off the landing pad along the top there is a hallway and some stasirs going down one level to a small control room. That control room is a spawn point and the enemies will not spawn on that point if a player is occupying it. So once i hit that control room i take a hard left and go down the stairs where at the bottom right it opens up into a large control room. I camp there at the bottom along the right wall. I control the bottom, doing so i prevent the team from getting flanked but i also deny the enemy a spawn point in the smaller control room. If i get alot of action i gety a good score, if not i do not get a good score, but that tactic is necesary but you do not get points for good tactics, just for the kill shot.
I am not going to say that numbers are trivial, they do have a purpose but to base a kick in the lobby on something as arbitrary as a N7 score seems silly. Manipulating the game mechanics to get the desired outcome is skill but it is not scored so how do you measure that in a N7 rating?

Nope, I usually look at the class, levels and load-outs to get an estimate of how useful they'll be
same here, I don't go by the N7 level anyway - I have seen some really great players at or below N100
I give them one chance if they don't pull their weight, I kick them on the next match.

I have a N7 level around 500.. But to be honest I'm not such a good player.. I like also testing new characters, weapons, combinations... So, I was kicked out at the endof some matches because of my really low score (hey, it was the first try to a javelin.. Not an easy weapon!) or because an incredible number of death (sometime I seem not able to keep my player alive...)
N7 is nothing to me, even I don't give a look to the weapons (there are so many, everyone should be free to give a try to each one of them..)
But, IF YOU FIND ME IN YOUR TEAM, I'm happy when I find someone that use the microphone to coordinate and giving instructions.
Basically, if you think you are so good (or so GOD), instead of kicking the other out, why don't you spend few words to help the others in improving their way of playing?
It's a game, should be for fun...

I have a high N7 rank which is incredibly embarrassing for me because I am not a very good player. Familiarity makes bronze easy but slow coordination skill makes silver/gold difficult, particularly since I lost all my understanding teammates to Diablo III. So I hope when people see my N7 score somewhere above 1700 and then we wipe in wave 9, they don't hold it against me.

200 something. I won't knock someone else for liking too, but I can't find for the life of me see what's fun about starting a class back to level 1 again nor is there a point (aside from an event like this weekend).

I will not give the exact number but i have promoted 70 times, someone else do the math ;D

501 blues, I don't promote though unless I promote. I don't promote much and character cards are not going to make me do it. Promote and repeat, whats the point? I will promote the classes I don't use much that's how I got to 500+.

600~700
I don't kick people, I trust them choose certain character/spec/weapon combination for a reason unless it's something really extreme
like a level1 character without any buff equipment on silver or something
