I don't kick unless they don't listen when I explain that ULM doesn't work on SMGs, only GSMG.

340. Was gonna keep it at 300 until BW told us LOL-PROMOTE-FOR-COMMENDATION-PACKS so now it's 340. I rarely get kicked unless I bring wierd classes.

Currently N7 2,650; I hardly ever use level 20 characters and I take advantage of Gold character cards- for me it comes down to, should I promote or let the store troll me.

I'm about 187. Back in the early days this was as high as it got - seems the more people level the more they raise the bar.

It's at exactly 120, and I kind of like it being at this, but everyone seems to think I'm a horrible noob and try and boot me so idk if it's worth...

Do you guys base much off N7 level? I've sen to many teribads with 800+

I don't. It's silly to. I play most of my games with Lvl20 characters. I'd be about 500 if I promoted immediately. I've seen people with 300 who are ridiculously better than me. Mind you, I mostly play Bronze, so even if someone's terrible, you just support them through the game and let them learn. It's what Bronze is for. Silver can be pretty ruthless with its booting, though. If someone's got a low N7 level (<100) and a low-level character, I'd imagine most would boot them. They're still ****s, of course, but that's what happens at the non-casual difficulty levels!

A bit over 2700

I actually enjoy playing with level 1 characters and leveling them up, seeing how they do.

380-ish, Don't really care about it, I tend to only boot pre-match if it's gold and the guy is low level with low n7 with bad gear. I can handle low level players with good gear or a high N7 rating, experience and kit go a long way.

Post-match I boot if the player is genuinely terrible or doesn't stick with the team.

And I only kick from silver if its 1-10.

Lol. SIlver. I own silver with my lvl 1 simply because my weapons tear it apart.

I'm n7 480. Was 300 pretty much since operation raptor but promoted again for the pack.
