Can we toss his crony Marauder Shields in that fix as well? That is the one my biggest pet peeves about those two characters - stunned and still able to take you down. Have had this happen numerous times in game play: rock the hunter heavily and see his GPS pointed at the ground and still take one to the face because he has some serious Geth mojo going on. How? HOW?! Marauder and his magic Phaeston of doom can pull off the same stunt.

There's cheap shots and then there's cheap shots. These two fall into the latter catagory.

Hold on sec, these look just like the patch they did a month ago, you sure these are new numbers? I just beat the geth on Hydra and I didn't notice anything different. Still aggressive, Hunters and Pyros still a pain in the ass.

If they should fix anything it's the rocket troopers, got pinned down by three or them and the rockets never stopped being fired It's a joke. Something to do with targeting they lock unlock lock again and they can rapid fire rockets. But this looks like the old numbers to me.

Yeah just checked those numbers are like 3 months old the only thing kind of new are the spawn changes that happened two weeks ago.

there is a new patch that removed "bug" of headshoting Primes.

I would gladly see pyros made immune to grabs if their shields and armor were reverted to release-day levels. Seriously, each one is like trying to take down a Brute they are so sturdy. And getting close enough to a Pyro for a grab is incredibly foolish in pretty much every situation other than FBW farming.

Nope.  I mean before all the buffs they've been given in the attempt to end FBWGG farming.  At the very least hunters should be immune to grabs.  And again I say that pre-buffs.

Stun locking isn't as big of a problem for him with proper squad support.

IMO what this patch did was make aiming for heads by snipers with any slow firing sniper totally useless....

I mean both widow and mantis and I am almost sure about black widow will take down full health/shield from any unit when fired from cloak, and the only unit that has a head and would not die from a body shot is the geth pyro... Pretty much everything else you don't need to aim if you fire from cloak... because there is nothing you can gain from the headshot...

Geth primes were the only real target for headshots and for headshot dmg buffs...


P.S. I guess you might need to aim for the had on silver and bronze for 1 hit kills, but silver and bronze are not really issues imo..

That's strange when did the patch come out, cause I was head shooting primes today and they did not like it and it clearly did more damage than the body shots. Did the patch go into effect at midnight or something?

The single worst part about facing the geth is the hunters' stunlock. That right there is single biggest point of frustration for me when I face them. It lasts too long! They duration of the stunlock should be cut in half.

Not only i posted old news of 13th march but also of may 16th and fairly fresh patch changes (not yet enacted i hear)
I tried to find all changes made to geth foe and give bird view how BW wants to handle FBWGG farming.
The problem is that the geth were made much more difficult then other two races and the farming problem was not solved.
So either nerf the geth down (i'm against) or buff the reapers and cerberus AND make changes to layout of FB White. The latter one would be awesome.

Also, love your anti-troll attidue and less love your reading compehension skills

I would settle for Hunters not being able to fire while they're still in their own hit / stun animation.

Yeah he's right, this is so f*ckin frustrating, when you see a cloaked hunter coming at you, you shoot it with anything you got:D it staggers, then you got shot in the face, and can't do anything, you can't fire back, can't fire a power, and you become dead of the next shot that is guaranteed to hit you... I know, they intented to sneak up on you then shotgun you to death, but they are unstoppable even, when you notice them, before they come at you... Just ****!

P.S: What the motherf*ckin hell is wrong with farming, people??? Everybody wants good equipment, but they can't get it, because of the ridiculously f*cked up store system! The best way to "trick" it, is the farming on FBW against geth... If you don't want to play farming matches, then quit the lobby, or HOST YOUR OWN GAME!

Also the Prime's Drone is useless, I never seen it shoot, not even when I use Krogan Charge at the Prime itself...

Just a foo fighter that follows the prime around.

Bioware should just change it into Insta-Kill bomb that wanders around like Phantom and grabbles players with electrocution, then explodes violently. But remain as weak, so players should just shoot it before it gets to kill-range

What should be looked into:

Rocket troopers: Fire half way across the map, lock on to you and control the rockets like a dime. Once hit, you stand still and can not move, fire, use power or get into cover.

Hunters: Get shot once, the charecter freezes, can not move, fire, use power or anything. Especially as you are going into cover, you freeze standing and are an easy target.

Pyros: Close range, maybe when they start to fire, once the flame is on, it stays on up to 10m+, jump back or so the sides, and you are still as good as dead.

Prime: Single shot from their canon, and you stand still, same as hunters and rocket troopers, you can not counter it with moving or going into cover.

I stopped playing against geth, just too much. On gold, when one has 3-4 primes, you can see how this is an issue, since one shot you are frozen, and still 2 more to come from one prime, the second prime already locked on and started firing, might as well hand him my soldier/character.

If geth can make my character freeze, then how is it, when they take fire, they still shoot like im throwing feathers on them? if they get fired on, they should not fire or move (at least), not talking overload here.

Im not asking for nerfing or how "this is what happens with gehth canons/rockets etc", just something to look into.

 I've always felt that geth were harder than reapers ever sense the MP BETA through the ME3 DEMO ..... Yet everyone cried moaned and complained about them being too easy ... Wait until the Primes defense drone gets fixed so it fires rockets at you ....... Yea .....

My "favorite" thing about the geth is the hunters while being stumbled by a stun can still shoot and stun you ..... Makes total sense doesn't it?

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't stunlock you CONSTANTLY, and yet never get truly stunned themselves. The Vorcha murders everything but geth because he can't stun any of them and can't stop getting stunned. True for everyone but infiltrators or Batarian Soldiers.
