When I try running some of the utilities on the toolset, it will freeze on me. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit home prem. The is getting annoying cause about all I can do is morphs.

Post your computer specs and specify which utilities, preferly in a new thread. it's probably a RAM or Graphic Card issue. the toolset is really demanding, more then the game with some utilities.
