Kroguard has innate stagger resistance. As does the N7 Destroyer, only his is almost complete stagger immunity. I think they're the only two that have any sort of extreme resistance.
Which begs the question why they made regular krogans specifically more affected by stun than humans/salarians/asari/turians/etc.
