Not sure if anyone else has my same problem but not only can I not register my cd-key here in the social site like many others, I cannot activate my game through normal means of the DA:O Launcher Activation window because it says the code is already linked to an EA account even though I have only one account and I use the same e-mail for Bioware, this social site, and EA. Anybody else not able to play at all?
Registering and Activation problems.

I had a ton of registration and activation. I got the reg. to work, now, the game activation is hung up with an activation window never completing the process. Looks like a startup nightmare.

I'm having this issue now... did you guys ever resolve it? I've received no word back from EA support regarding the activation server

Wow, I think I figured this out. I download from Direct-2-Drive, and was just getting a blank screen when I tried to activate. You should have two keys - a CD product key (20 digits long) and a Cerberus Network Activation Key (16 digits long). Here's what worked for me:
1) Do what Kepha describes in the 3rd post of this thread, using your Cerberus Network Activation Key: http://social.biowar.../index/1176449. Make sure you actually see the various downloadable content on the "user entitlements" page, and make sure you use the same email account that you log in to the game with.
2) Register the game here, using the product CD key.http://social.bioware.com/user_bw_games_register.php
3) After that, start the game on your computer. Login with the same account. Use the product CD key to login when asked to activat the game. Sometime the server is slow, if it doesn't work within 15 seconds, start over.
