I'm a girl on multiplayer and I've been "friending" people with other female-sounding names - BUT THEY'RE ALWAYS DUDES. 

I want some other girls to play with - it's a total sausage-fest. So if you're missing a Y chromosome, pls find me on multiplayer!

Just wanted to say a big THANKS to all the women/females/ladies/girls/chicks and helpful men folk who replied! I'll try and add you on XBL - I'm pretty new to it tho so pls don't be offended if I haven't quite worked out the tech side of things yet.

Seeing as my wording has been somewhat dissected I'd just like to add that I use the word "chicks" lightheartedly, and I'm wondering if this has a different connotation over there in USA. "Girls" doesn't really suit as I'm 29, and just feels a bit weird. "Ladies" makes me think of a pompous biddy drinking tea at the Women's Institute, and "Females" is a little bit clinical and biological (think hairy lab coat wearing mouthbreather working night shifts...). But hey - it's all subjective, but I guess "Women" is the best word then.

Oh yeah and WLTM is would love to meet, GSOH is good sense of humour. That's classic lonely hearts page acronyms - again, guess it's not the same in USA! Or you've just never looked at the dating pages... for a laugh of course...

EDIT: Nevermind, sleep-addled brain just got both. Really don't see why you felt the need to abbreviate those terms though.

I'm pretty sure the Mass Effect fanbase in general has more female players than most videogames. But I'd also assume fewer female players are intensively running the multiplayer. That's just how it is. Taking a look at my own Origin friends list, there's...only three women. And my list is reasonably long.

I play with 2 girls, my girlfriend and her friend but we play on the PC and I can see you play on the xbox ^^
