 This whole process seems fishy to me...Speaking with regards to the xbox 360, when has a dlc ever rolled out to the marketplace? Im pretty sure its handed to microsoft then they upload it to the marketplace at the same time as every other game. Since the marketplace has already been updated do you think a problem may have occured?

Microsoft missed the paragon interupt to get Reeger to take cover and took too long releasing the dlc, so the collosus killed him, meaning the quarians never invented his gun causing the pack to implode into itself.

DLC for the Xbox Live Marketplace normally roles out at around 6AM EST when the marketplace is generally updated.

I don't think a problem has occured with the Rebellion DLC, I just think that since Bioware is owned by Electronic Arts, they have the power to release the DLC whenever they want to, so instead of it being ready to go, we have to wait for Bioware to get up and go to work then release the dlc and add characters to Spectre and Premium Spectre and other packs.

If they are rolling out a patch today, then theres another reason why it might take longer then usual.

Haha new those posts were inevitable. In my 7 years of Xbox live I have never seen anything like this happen. I hope I'm wrong and they are in the process of uploading it now. It just does not seem right....

Patchis rolling out to the pc though, not the 360.

bioware dosent update the market places the respected companies who run the marketplace do

I could swear I've checked on Tuesdays, seen new things on the marketplace, and then checked Wednesday to find more new things (DLC-related). But I could be imagining it. Hard to tell when Rock Band uploads like 100 songs a week.

Probably. The X-Box marketplace has a ad spot for Rebellion but nothing there when you click on it. Every other game that I can think of has made the 5 am (US Central) Tuesday morning marketplace release time.

I just got booted from the EA servers after a bug/glitch in a game where I saw a team mate walk on air. So maybe something is up, good or bad…
