Are you trying to say that he's talking about the Rebellion DLC Packs for purchase and not the actual Rebellion DLC?  Because he coupled both announcements with the Tuesday, May 29th date.

His twitter is updated - he was confusing the DLC and patch. He's confirmed DLC is today, patch is on Thursday.
