What if a planet had their little AI revolt before discovering spaceflight and the mass relay system? What are the reapers gonna do then?

The yahg had less contact with advanced species than the Asari or the Hanar did in the Protheans' cycle, I doubt they'd be harvested. If they were getting to be too advanced the catalyst would probably just use its discretion and order the hit preemptively
