Who is the man on the left side of the screen?

I suspect that's the cannon PC gray warden but NO where in-game can you make or see a PC like him.

The Face, can't find it.
The Sword, can't find it.
The Armor, nope.
The shield, nope.

This could all just be a  "concept" but come on, get things straight bioware.
