Chris just confirmed in another thread they're still working on bringing it out for PC.
If it comes out today, that's still a day earlier than I expected. Early evening here (NL) so I could then still play around with it.
Bought a Veteran pack after installing the pack, no luck yet, but the updated manifest looks really interesting. Really curious about the new Gear slot. Looks to me as if Gear persists as long as you don't swap it out, but is not reusable. But that's not really clear. There's no more explanation on this right?
Maybe someone on xbox has it already and can explain?

It looks like it's permanent, and acts like a third "Weapon Mod" for your whole character. I say "permanent" due to the fact that the Manifest indicates they can be upgraded. Of course, being a fellow PC player, I have no solid idea.TheCinC wrote...
