It would be nice indeed. I may try a "commercial" interpretation. With Resurgence Special packs available for nearly a week most players were able to max all of the DLC weapons in that given time. Maybe they think this will lower the interest toward the new DLC. Beside one of the new weapons is UR.
Currently I see a lot of players around with low level Rebellion weapons.
Currently only two kinds of player have them at level X: the ones who saved a million credits before DLC and the ones who already have all their other weapon maxed.
I have them at level X, Harrier at level III, because I belong to both categories.

Just an idea, my two cents as they say.

Maybe we'll get some official info.

 I'm going to go with "not" on the Rebellion specific pack, for reasons mentioned here. Bioware probably planned ahead with Resurgence and had a pack at the ready for it, but don't for Rebellion.

 I've got all I want in terms of the new characters now. Got the Vorcha Sentinel, the Quarian Infiltrator, and the Phoenix Vanguard. All the best ones. 
Though the Salarian Infiltrator would be nice to get. The only old character I do not have. <_<

Took me forever to get asari adept. I usually play a Sal Infil for gold and he's on par with AA, he's great.

I love all the new characters!!!! The Vorcha is sooo brutal, it makes me go frenzy when i play it! Love the flamer and the melee attacks, especially the Grab move lol

pretty nice except that i still cant join my friends lobby is stuck in communicating i have to kill the game with task manager...and what's up from yesterday i keep losing connection to EA servers,is it something that u guys work on something or is getting just worse after the last update at a point that it's making impossible for me to enjoy one match?in vs of the game 1.01 had no issues,from 1.02 bye bye playing with my friends,and 1.03 keep losing connection,oh and always when i start my game the first match i always have to "communicate" at the end of the match or in progress,second match is ok then losing connection to EA.u should look into that i'm pretty sure not the only one here.thx

Hm, my problem is, that Origin can't find the update -.- . I did let it search 2 times for new updates for ME3, but it didn't find the new pack oO

I've downloaded the rebellion pack twice on 360 and I've played dozens of matches, but I still haven't played on the new maps. They're not an option either if I go to create a match. Also, the only characters I've seen other people use are the cerberus ones. I haven't seen any vorcha or male quarians.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I just had to download the pack from the xbox dashboard instead of in the game.

 to day again i lost my connection to mass effect-3 now this going on all the time,just go back and look at the forum you will see :(:( in the 3 wave im a hard connection you got to look in to this im going CRAZY OVER THIS :huh:
