Have you downloaded the new DLC content? Rebellion if I am not mistaken. If not this could be the case, others may be using characters/weapons that your version doesn't have.

 I'm thinking EA is sending me some bad vibes.  No new characters in either pack.  
In the Victory pack it was: 5 Thermal Clips, 5 Medi-Gel, 5 Cobra Missles, 5 Ops Survival Packs, Pistol Rail Amp I, SMG Rail Amp II, M-98 Widow IX.  The Commendation Pack included: 5 Ops Survival Packs, SMG Rail Amp III and N7 Valiant I.

Got my Victory and Commendation Packs yesterday and was rewarded with the N7 Crusader and the Expert Package for the new Gear slot. Cashed in a Spectre Pack & two Premium Spectre Packs and got upgrades to existing weapons and characters, but did manage to score the Krysae Sniper Rifle. Hope to add some of the new characters soon, but given that I've never gotten any Geth for multi-player, might have to be patient for awhile.

Vorcha, originally one of my most disliked [though dislike may not be an accurate word, I just didn't rate them amongst my favourites, or whatever comes after favourite.. right next to turians, idk what it is about the space raptors that I just go "meh" over] species in the Mass Effect universe.

After unlocking said Vorcha [Soldier], I have but one thing to mention on that matter:

Crap. Seriously Bioware, get your stuff together! ME3 killed the entire genre, it's all about MP - and poorly developed one. Fix the plotholes.

Just as an update, I did receive both victory and commendation packs yesterday...got the reeger in one, score. Although...it's nice but with such little clip size...maybe I just need to get used to it, shotguns aren't really my style.

I did get the vorcha soldier in a psp shortly after though...i don't use soldiers but as I've leveled him up he's turned into a beast! Unless I'm being pummeled by rocket troopers, getting into cover is pointless after a couple kills...gunfire from 6 or less simply won't take him down....on silver btw, he's only a 14 so no gold yet. Plus...it's incredibly rewarding to go toe-to-toe with a pyro in a flamer war and win >=)

Apollo...I am so happy for you. I have the Vorcha soldier and he is just awesome. I use him with the level 10 Reegar Carbine in Gold and he's just unstopabble. Using the Reegar to take down shields and the flame to take down/kill armor. It definitey has become one of my favorites. The Vorcha was the one character I really wanted in the new packs and I am pleased with the outcome. Enjoy.

So patch 1.3 is out for PS3 right now and I went to check the downloadable content that now shows in the main menu, which takes me to the store and has tons of packs you buy with your money and these packs seem specific to something like a mystery gun or a N7 pack and now a Rebellion pack, that says something like "New Allies join the fight".
Wanted to ask if I buy this pack do I get 1 or more of the new race's?
Cuz I dont wanna waste my money for stuff I dont want

Well the "Rebbelion" DLC is free so you don't need to buy anything, and yes there is a new race - vorcha, and new gear/guns

Hey there CyberSnakeME2, 

Here is a link to the Rebellion Pack:  http://blog.bioware....rebellion-pack/   it basically updates your profile for MP, so ya, go ahead and download it.  The Rebellion pack does not cost anything it is a free download from EA.  If you purchase spectre packs or premium spectre packs than that is where you get the "new characters".  Some people who participated in the previous weekend mission Operation Shieldwall have gotten new characters in the Victory pack or Commendation Pack.  Check my earlier post as it outlines what I scored.  Hope this helps.

No not the DLC, that much I know its free since Im playing its obvious.
I meant there packs in the store that you can buy that gives weapons and gear but these pay for like a veteran or specter packs, you go there through Downloadable content on the main menu that leads to the PSN store which sells these packs, thats what Im asking.

CyberSnakeME2: If you are talking about 'buy' as in game play MP credits then what's the problem.  If you are talking about pay $ to purchase these packs then it is your call.  Whatever pack you get is really the luck of the draw.  Not sure about PSN as I use Xbox 360.  But in any event I use in game credits to purchase all my packs.

Ok, scratches Turain bald head.... Maybe someone with PS3 can comment on this? Maybe this is a "Sony" issue.  If it was me, I would pass. If you already have the Rebellion pack, it would not make sense to buy it again.  I have not read anything about the "contents" of the Rebellion Pack. Sorry for your frustration.

What is so hard to understand?!
I already have the Rebellion DLC, this pack Im talking about is a pack that probably contains Characters or weapons of this DLC which you pay with money same way you would if you bought a specter pack...
god this starting to hard to explain...

ANYWAY someone with a PS3 should be able to confirm this cuz its really not detailed so it doesnt tell me much.
