I have not got my commendation pack. Can a moderator please help me out please. My xbox gametag is V3NOM911. I have not had issues in the past. And I also promoted three classes. I received the victory pack. Thanks in advance.

You need to talk with EA support.  Many in the forums have done this and EA seems to hand whatever pack out like candy.  Good luck.

I m having the same problem, and i promoted 5 classes just to be sure, got the victory pack but no commendation pack (on the ps3) if you resolve it can you post here please.

Still geting the same message..(like so many other players)...how about some feedback from you guys in Bioware. Dont need a solution (I am pationce one...still waiting for a easy way to pass the boss reaper...like a way to save after every shot), just need to know that you guys are aware that we cant play MP because of pach/rebellion. 

Are you guys aware of it?

Me too. I can't connect to the multiplayer.

Actually I haven't gotten 2 commendation packs. For both Operation Silencer as well as Operation Shield Wall...>.> I'm playing on PS3.

Is anyone else finding much tougher to unlock the new characters? I guess it would be with a larger draw but I think I had all characters by now with the last pack, and all I have now is the mincemeat rifle.

Love the Vorcha Solider, it just murders EVERYTHING! Running around with a Claymore, and meleeing with stacking health regen...Ah, so fun. Do find it odd the Vorcha are taller though.

Hey... is anyone having problem with new cerberus human vanguard...... my player started walking in air and after a while i got stuck at ceiling ... i could still hit and kill enemies ... after that when i tried to move i went flying in the air up up and above...... and i can see my tiny little team mates running around killing enemies... This happened to my cerberus vanguard twice once in Fjade and once in Fdagger.

I like the ex-Cerberus vanguard you don't really need a weapon with that class if you use it right, I cant say anything about the weapons though because I haven't got any of them yet

I'm more of a casual multiplayer, and don't devote endless hours, day after day to it. I liked the new environments, and the idea of the new characters, but after I cashed in a few premium spectre packs and regular spectre packs - other than a new weapon and one of the gear packs - I didn't get one of the new playable characters. Not gonna flip out because of that, but again - as a casual player - I'm not gonna continue endlessly acting like a button-mashing gerbil until I luck out.

Which is why many people in your position will get frustrated and shell out money for the packs. These 'free' DLC's are just well disguised paid DLC.
