Bioware Store "Error" Update

Hi Everyone,

Over the past few weeks quite a few of you have been experiencing issues logging into the Bioware Store - receiving error messages from the server, not being able to update your carts, etc.  and I wanted to let you know that we think we have the issue fixed.

We apologize for these issues, as we are working with a new sales system, and had some kinks to work out.  Unfortunately, they were kinks that we weren't aware of until you all let us know - despite testing and internal bug checking, etc.

On the upside, this new sales system allows a lot of new features in the store - wishlists, new promotional opportunities, and better organization of our products.

Now that we should be up and completely functional, we hope that you go check out the new look of the store.  We really do appreciate your feedback and help with these issues, as well as your patience with us while we sorted out the problems.  Many of you helped me out by providing critical information about glitches, gave me feedback above and beyond the call, and your help was priceless in aiding our IT department.

As always, if you have any issues with the new site please let us know, and we will help out as much as we can.

Hiya Ms D,

I put in my order for the new Triforce pistols today. I got the email confirmation but thought I would confirm it on the website again. I'm not getting a error from the website:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /var/www/html/lib/Zend/Db/Adapter/Abstract.php on line 869

It could just be me though/my machine.

For once - that's not the new site! Did you try clearing out your cache/cookies on your browser? (i'm sure that you did.)

As long as you have your email confirmation you are all good! We'll be issuing the gift certificates on Monday for those who buy the pistols through Friday.

Good stuff.  I assume order history migration from the old site is next on the list?   I know my pre-order is still there but still not seeing it is always a little unsettling.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop throughout though. You guys have been great in reassuring us and letting everyone know whats going on

Thanks, Crash. Yes - that is the next thing on the list. Had to get the store functional first, and now we can move on to updating old accounts, etc.

So is this why im unable to buy bioware points through mass effect store at the moment? i cant buy them direct from origin as there is no pay safe option :( so only through me3 store.

I have been unable to reset my password on the Bioware Store, I tried to create a new account and it does tell me that the email address is already registered.  I clicked on the Forget Password link but I have yet to receive a link that will allow me to reset the password. 

This is very annoying since I have to order without logging in and ultimately don't receive tracking info for my purchases. 

Has anybody encountered this problem and if you have how did you resolve it.

I am having the same issue for the most part. What differs for me is I do end up recieving the reset password email, but even after putting in a new password it never actually resets it. I have tried many times over the past few weeks and it still refuses to work. I did notice that it would often say the reset password link expired, but it says this even if I immediately click the sent link.

Help? The object I wanted to get for my fiancee for our anniversary is finally in stock and the store hates me. Please help :)

I know this sounds silly, but have you cleared your cache/cookies and reopened your browser?

I had this problem with ordering my first lithograph. I used my cell phone and the order went through right away. Then after resetting my CPU it never had that problem again. :alien:
