wow what great games I have played the whole mass effect series and dragon age and all DLC best video games i have ever played. some suggestions for dragon age 3 have a narrative mode like mass effect 3 my wife and i like the story , charchter interaction romance and shopping parts more than the fighting.

Not to burst your bubble...but if Bioware were to change direction that radically, people would no longer recognize them, and they would lose a vast amount of customers. Not saying your idea is invalid, it just sounds like a niche type game, that may be found under other publishers.

It's all just a big misunderstanding. We'll laugh about this later..

I can agree with the OP to a certain extent. It would be nice if there were a few more occassions, when dealing with intelligent enemies, that there was an option to resolve the problem short of combat. DA2 was getting so bad in that regard, it seemed that when you confronted an adversary, the only choices you had, was to decide which side you were going to take in a fight (not always given this choice); and once it was decided which side you would fight, choose between 2 or 3 witty remarks that makes the fighting commence.

I believe the OP is suggesting an option like ME3's narrative mode. Options like that won't ruin the game for others. However, the narrative mode in ME3 is really just a casual difficulty level and DA2 already has that.
An option to skip the battles altogether wouldn't bother me either. I wouldn't use it but if it's cost effective to add and useful to some players, why not?
As far as winning battles by tongue-twisters and parley goes, yes please, definitely. The consensus seems to be that people want more opportunities to sneak, persuade and seduce their way out of various predicaments. It just makes the game more fun.

Even if there is no way to talk your way out of combat, they should add other ways to avoid combat, like sneaking past.
also: If Dragon Age 3 was just a interactive movie, were you just talk to people, find/buy items and combat was just a cutscene, I would buy it.

From what I understand, compromise means dialogue, and dialogue takes developement time away from other things. Like....???? ....more fighting?

It would definitely be nice to have more options than just fighting our way out of trouble, but I wouldn't want all the fighting to be taken out completely. I think fight scenes could be implimented better with better use of the environment around it but I think DG 'n' co said something about doing that for DA3 anyway.
