I had 800K, bought 8 PSPs.  Seven of them had Rebellion related cards, so I'm pretty giddy!  Hehe, also unlocked Indra, so double bonus day for me   Screenshots below of the seven that had rebellion stuff.  Haven't even spent the $40 I'd planned to for bioware points...may not bother doing that now with that relatively awesome run of eight packs.

bought 2 PSPs today...

in the first one, I got a M-90 Indra

in the second one, I got the Phoenix Adept

Everything maxed but Gear and Harrier.

bought 11 psp's with the credits I had stockpiled, got both vorcha and the reeger carbine I. so 3/11, I guess it could have been worse.  Ironically got my claymore from like VI all the way to IX so I was pretty fired up about that...

And yeah, reeger combine is gross at close range but useless at long or even medium.

First time my vorcha saw a brute he literally said "BIG MONSTER!!!!" and I lol'd

Edit oh i have like 5 or 6 of those permanent bonus item thingies, all at lvl I.  They seem pretty solid, like 1 has +1 grenade and +5% assault rifle dmg, perfect for my batarian soldier I run with a striker.

None of the others had rebellion stuff in them so no characters, but I can't complain after two harriers

I'm a little jealous and blown away that some of you guys have these weapons at level X. I've only opened 3 PSPs and didn't get anything new. Time to get some zzzz's and see if the Gods of Odds will help me get the stuff I want.

 10 PSPs, I got zip.  Well, I got one gear bonus and a crapload of rare pistols (Carnifex and Arc Pistols, WTF!)  <_<

1 Operative pack (I think it is? The one with sniper rifle damage and tech damage... Rarely use sniper rifles...)

1 Talon upgrade
and a few upgrades for old rares that I don't care about (arc pistol, Kishock, GSMG)

So basically I got shafted... again. At least I broke my streak of getting no UR weapons, the Talon upgrade was my first one since the week before the Resurgence pack launched.

Just going to save the 600k or so I have left for the Rebellion packs I guess.
