Posting here as well, saying I have got the same errors. And I did everything the EA customer rep said I should do.

Yup. I'm thinking there is something server-side with Origin client. Reinstalled Origin, repaired ME3 install, then deleted all files in ProgramData/Origin and the any Origin data in the Users folder.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention that I've spoken twice with EA and did everything they told me to do.

Oh, it's not just me, I see. I can't get the Rebellion pack to download, either. I Click on the Downloadable Content button in the main menu, then in the Origin overlay, I click on the Rebellion pack's "Get it now" button, but then I just get a General Error saying "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." It's been doing that all morning.

It downloads 100% for me. Then I get "An unexpected error has occured. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 123".

A search on the web reveals EA has absolutely NO idea how to resolve this. At first, it wouldn't even download, but I found a thread out there that fixes the download problem by renaming a file in the game folder. However, now, it downloads, but I get the same error installing it.

Updated to latest origin. Apparently many of us experiencing this problem are running Win7 64-bit.

Having the same issue, win7 64 bit as well. Right clicking on the game and "check for updates" forces a patch update -every time-. Rebooted multiple times to no different effect.

Well Im on Vista and it still isnt working which is a pain as now I cant play with my friends.
No doubt it will be fixed eventually but it would be nice if they could release something that actually worked first go from time to time.
Or even just once would be good.

I've found a fix.  Before I tell you guys, I just want to mention I've never had any issue with patches, updates, installation with *cough* steam *cough*.  Just saying...

The installation of the new DLC FAILS if you try to update from Origin BETA (garbage ware).  If you just launch the game, and install the DLC from within the game, everything is A-OK.  Hope that helps anyone out there suffering from EA's "support".  I chatted with them and they told me they would escalate the problem and I'd receive a resolution in email... thank you for contacting EA support.  Thanks for nothing!

How can I do that? Clicking on the Downloadable Content button in the main menu of the game just pops up the Origin store in an overlay, which fails wether I access it from within the game or not. What did you do to get around Origin?

I tried to get around Origin by getting the DLC from Bioware's website, but they don't have the multiplayer DLC listed; just From Ashes and the Online Pass.

Hmm...

Try this.

http://battlelog.bat...54625046018036/

Then try this.

From origin, goto the gadget, goto settings, goto general, and delete all game installers. Kill origin in task manager, start the game with administrator's access, then launch the game and download the new DLC.

No dice on any of that, thanks for the help though. I did a chat with EA which was about as helpful as you might expect. Which is to say not at all. He did have me go into the game installers folder from origin and delete everything in there. Didn't fix anything. Then suggested it was 'server congestion' at which point I decided it's a good night to play Diablo 3.

well, well, well. Just when I thought it all worked. I have the new DLC, but my ME3 game won't upgrade to v.1.03. Can't join in games with people on my friendlist. So, I'm back to square one.

Figures....Ive done all the EA help suggested and it didnt help.
I guess I will wait the 24hrs they suggested but Im not exactly full of hope as their record for quick fixes is bad.
Also Im afraid that as we seem to be in the minority there is little pressure on EA/bioware/origin to actually do anything.

I enjoy the game but its no fun by yourself. :(

Yeah, with most people now running v1.03, it's hard to find any matches, let alone gold matches. They really should have a standalone download link.

Out of curiosity, how did everyone experiencing problem buy their ME3? I got it from Amazon digital download. Wonder if this is causing me problems. Had problems with key code error a month ago.

I bought mine from a game shop.
I downloaded the last DLC without drama but this one is a no go sofar.
Hopefully it is just a server issue and it will sort itself out but I doubt it.
Its already virtually impossible for me to find a gold game so im assuming that the gold players have already got the DLC my friends certainly have....Im being forced out of the game already.

I'm still totally unable to download the DLC. It's still giving me the same error: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." How much later is reasonable, exactly? Bah.

Yup, same problem as everyone (Win7-64bit). Rebellion doesn't work and From Ashes doesn't work. Clicking on either link just gives me that same error. I have the digital download verison BTW.

Mine won't download, either  :(  I click on the download link in Origin (both the Origin GUI, and in the "Downloadable Content" part of the game itself, and .. the download screen just goes blank.  And stays blank, not downloading anything  :(

Collectors Edition DVD for PC, Win 7 x64

*sniff*

Also got Win7 64-bit and mine is a Collector's Edition.

Resurgence downloaded without problems when that was released.
Given up on contacting EA Support, they don't seem to know anything at the moment.

Hope that if they don't know what problem is, they will release a separate downloadable installer file.
