Downloaded. Message appears "You have to be logged as administrator" and then nothing happens.
On the screen it shows to be stuck in a perpetual downloading phase. Tried through the game it seems i have already purchased it....nothing is installed or appears on multiplayer.

Do you have the beta Origin or the most recent Origin? 'Cause I got the "Admin" thing whenever I used one, but not when using the other.

Oh where to start...
Had another live chat with a very nice support guy, managed to convince him to give me a redemption code. Only problem was when the guy went to look for a code he couldn't find one, so he told me to contact them again in one hour and promised by that time they'll have the code to give me.
I was right to be skeptical.
Contacted them again, at first the second guy denied the first guy promised me the code, then he said because of policy he cannot give it to me. That was the last straw for me... I gave him a long and angry lecture and told him this is the last EA game I'll ever purchase if this isn't fixed soon.
I also gave him the link to this topic and suggested that someone official should post some kind of response on this board since there are heaps of people having this problem and no official comments so far. He promised to mark my topic as "urgent" and that an expert wiill (supposedly) contact me within the next few days, he sounded sincere and helpful this time, though.
Hopefully, I'll have a better update on the topic soon, but I think that if enough people nag them then eventually they'd be forced to tend to the subject...
It's sad that you need to threaten someone to get a product you paid for...

Seems the guy I am talking to right now didn't even know about the rebellion dlc being free lol. He is also trying to say that the pack is expired and there is no way I can get it lol.

i dont know what atm happens to origin .. before , lets say 3 hours the error came up as i tryed to add the dlc .. now i get kicked out of origin (as i try to purchase/add it) , with the error some other is logged from a other comp into my acc .. i dont know if it happens because the work (?) on it ..
and yes , even pw change i did ;)

*EDIT*

got a mail from the helpcenter, the logged into my acc , since it is a bigger problem ... but not clearly when it got fixed .. but it looks the working on it .. i hope so ;)

Well I'm still waiting for EA "experts" to contact me, it's been almost 3 days now...
Anyone had the experience of them actually contacting you? Or are they just a myth?

I sure hope not. Not able to download the mp dlc is one thing but not being able to download the sp dlc either is cause for much alarm!!!

Had 2 more livechats the past week. Same answer: "We will escalate your issue in high priority". They don't care it's my 11th livechat and the 5th time it was escalated. They promised I'd be contacted in a few days by their experts, but that was 2 weeks ago. It really feels like they ****** on me and want me to pretend it's raining.
Now the EC is coming out, which I won't be able to download as well.
Paid full price for a Collector's Edition, got 50% of the game.
Zero response from the experts for 4 weeks now. No official comment by BioWare employees. I'm a loyal BioWare fan from the time of Baldur's Gate. I've bought every game and every DLC they ever released and thoroughly enjoyed them (DA2 aside). Is this how you treat a loyal customer? It's more than unfair, it's maddening. I shouldn't be the one who has to chase them every other day to make a game I purchased playable! I have no intention to wait a single additional day, because I think I've given them more than enough time to solve it and they've done nothing. The last livechat support guy even hang up on me in the middle of the session, even though I was very polite and nice towards him.
So, very sadly and reluctantly, I've made up my mind.
If I hear no official response in the next 24 hours, I will never again buy any BioWare or EA game and I will cancel my SWTOR subscription. I will make sure none of the people I know buy them as well, and this will be published in all the major gaming sites in Israel. I know that this means nothing to a company as big as EA, but this is the most I can do with the situation. And let the people there know that there is one, very disappointed, fan that they let down. I hope a little conscience is still left with someone out there, who is not yet completely blinded by the shine of dollars and who actually does care about making good games.

Goodbye, BioWare, it was good while it lasted.
