Tried to buy "From Ashes" and it won't let me. Gets stuck every time. I've bought a couple of things previously on the Beta with no problem. If they are trying to sell something and provide you with purchasing software that doesn't work... *!?@!!!

Yep same here! I can't believe no single player dlc! First it was Rebellion now this! This is just sad sad sad. I (and assuming everyone else) never had a problem with a bioware game until origin. This is just pathetic.

I actually thought about a possible reason for the problem and a simple solution, but I will need some data from the community here to help me prove / disprove it (and if it works turn to EA about it). You see, I have the N7 Retail Collector's Edition, which is treated as a different game in Origin (in the game's list it shows up with a different picture and name other than the standart edition). So the problem is for me, I can't download Multiplayer DLCs, and therefore can't play multiplayer. I can't see the EC appearing in my list as well, which led me to think:
Since the N7 edition is treated as a different game in Origin, then when I press "shop for addons" it may bring me to a different window with a DLC list! It has the same DLCs listed, and looks the same, but the URL address could be different (since it's a different game according to Origin). And let's say the links for the DLCs in this specific window are outdated or broken, that would explain the reason I'm getting these "Oops! Page address unavailable!" and "Temporarily Unavailable" errors, when I click "complete purchase" in the Origin window!
I know it sounds kinda complicated, but essentially what I mean is that the "purchase" links are simply broken and that's the reason it's not working (for me at least).
So I need someone who has the retail N7 Collector's edition to tell me whether he / she managed to download the MP DLCs and when.
I know if it's true it doesn't explain problems with the standart edition, but at least it's some sort of advancement, and may actually solve the issue I'm facing...

i have the standard edition , the purchase link for the second dlc does nothing for me atm, from Ext.Cut gaves the error , which says nothing clearly .. , funny thing is : first mp dlc worked at his release without a problem and i can play multiplayer .. but only the second multiplayer dlc and now extended cut doesnt work

in my eyes ea must simply look at our accounts and the accounts where it works .. and compare it ..

ps. one of my friends the had the retail CE , and for him it worked flawless .. he could add the dlc to his account without a problem

Your friend who has the CE, do you know WHEN did he download the DLCs? Was it as soon as they were out, or, say, last week or something?

I live on the East Coast of the United States and I do have the N7 Retail Collection Edition as well.

I WAS able to download the From Ashes dlc (yes I know it is single player) and I was able to download the Resurgence multiplayer content as well. I do remember downloading both of these on the first day they came out. For Rebellion (I was unable to download this on the first day it came out) and today's Extended Content I get the exact same error you are getting "Oops! Page address unavailable!" or the "Temporarily Unavailable". Though both do show up (along with the other two) under the add-on page ready to download nothing happens :?

This just confirms my suspicions more...
There is something inherently wrong with the way DLCs act when paired with the CE. This can be the only explanation.
From Ashes doesn't count, since you probably used a redemption code which bypassed this bug.
Since you and Jake_Farrel were able to download Resurgence I'd have to guess downloading DLCs with CE was OK at the beginning, but something got screwed up along the way and the links have now become broken.
Since I didn't have the game when Resurgence came out, I was unable to download it as well as the other two (EC doesn't even appear on my list).
I was, however, able to download From Ashes, because I  used the CE redemption code.
This sounds like the only logical explanation I can get to, because of the error that states that the URL doesn't exist.

EDIT: EC DLC appeared in my list. Still getting the exact same error when trying to download it like the MP DLCs, namely "Temporarily Unavailable". Origin is such a fail! Why wouldn't BioWare at least upload these DLCs to the website so we can "purchase" it from there?!

Well here I am again...the extended cut DLC doesnt download for me in exactly the same way that the previous dlc didnt work.
I continue to be amazed at the lack of support shown by the developers here...this is a known bug and it has been a known bug for a long time....please fix it.
If you cannot fix it or dont care to then please upload these files so that people can access the content...surely it cant be that hard?

If you really check it you'd find out even those two are not available for download from here. Choosing PC just leads you to instructions on how to download them from Origin.

I am amazed there's still not a single word from BW or EA on the matter. There are quite a few people here that paid for a game, even for a CE, and got a broken product, all in Origin's fault.
If they made the decision of moving to use Origin and force us to use it, they have to make sure that Origin works FLAWLESSLY.
Sadly, it seems they couldn't care less about us. I guess money talks, and there's just not enough money in here. We have to face it no solution is going to come. I was promised EA "experts" would contact me 5 times now.
Guess what? They didn't.

You and me both OPini. I bought the N7 digital deluxe edition and the lack of support is astounding.I don't know if even money talks at this point.I am starting to wonder if this could be considered breach of contract. I wish Bioware or EA would give us some feed back here on the forums. Keep us in the loop, even if it to say that they are still working on it or whatever.

Is anyone else getting this screen?
Image IPB

Origin updated fine, but when I click on "Downloadable Content", this pops up and hangs there forever. I know the DLC extends the ending, but does it need to extend the waiting as well?

origin is bad useless program.. it's like steam wannabe which can't deliver the goods.
since From Ashes which came with my n7 digital deluxe edition I can't download or more precisely purchase any dlc on origin at all! the chat support of ea is like the old school icq boots or something with no solutions at all.

My precise feeling after I heard them tell me "I can understand your anxiousness. Had I been in your place I would've felt the same" for the 100th time (seriously), and "Please wait some more time. We cannot give you a redmeption code due to policy", was I want to bang my head on the keyboard till I pass out.
Having no customer service and having useless customer service is the same thing.
They should learn a thing or two from Blizzard, ArenaNet and Apple (just a few companies which actually HAVE outstanding customer service from my experience).
This 9 pages 0 responses topic is just proof.

The customer service is the worst customer service I have dealt with before. I love the whole entire thing of " nothing is free sir" or "we are sorry you missed out on that promotion there is nothing we can do at this point" while talking to them yesterday trying to get any of the DLC that I am missing to work lol.

thing is I get this error for months now:
TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

This action could not be completed. We may be experiencing an unusually high server load or undergoing maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes.

No one can solve it for me and the worst part is I can't purchase the FREE dlc's on BSN so I'm stuck with the crappy origin bug hub.

Exactly what I'm getting. There is nothing we can do to solve it, the problem is on EA's end. I tried different computers and it didn't help. There's just something on EA's servers blocking us from downloading the DLCs.
