I recently got some precodes from some friends. I got the "band of fire" and the "lion's paw boots" I know for sure both were unused codes brand new but when i put the code in. the system replied "invaided code" both time WTF it seems this happens all the time I talk to a rep and yep he didn't even try to help it made me very very upset. but if any wants a free memory ring here the code memory band. HDT4-X8AU-GBR9-QZUC just post when got it marry christmas. im very ****** the BS with the dlc codes.

Perhaps, on the wrong/bug codes, I think you have the right to get refunded with a new one by scanning the original (proof you own it) and send them to the Bioware Support. With promotional and extra codes there is always the risk that someone "guess" a code and insert it without knowing it. Or someone use it before give it to you (maybe your friends take them from someone else before give it to you). Just my guess
